I have been with Dr Masso and team for over 14 years. Always ... Always, I have felt like a special client. From a regular check up to surgeries. During that time, I have had to put 3 amazing dogs down. This last one was the absolute hardest because it was so sudden and unexpected. But as always, Dr Masso and staff were so patient and loving to my entire family. I am always referring friend and strangers to use Crosskeys because they run a top notch business. Dr Jay VanKoy was wonderful with my dog. He helped solve a behavioral problem that has been plaguing us for years. He also got my dog on an allergy med that stopped him from scratching himself bald. He is a great vet!

The Dr s and Staff are always friendly. It s easy to get last minute appointments. The office hours and location are convenient.
