Your staff is extremely friendly and caring

Nail clipping should be free when you spend $344.45. I can go to groomer and pay less for clipping, which I will. I think it should be kept as a courtesy.

As always I m treated with respect and professionalism. My cat who doesn t like people feels calm and relaxed there.

My pets are not the easiest to deal with, but the staff handles then expertly! I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

Dr.Masso was exceptional!

My cats are very relaxed during their visits. They love the staff and Dr.Massi,that is why we will travel 25-30 minutes for their check-up.

I don t think you should be charged everytime you go there. example, just for annual shots, $45.00 plus other things, Too much, and to top it off, you are charged with tax fees,

I moved from township but still drive 40 minutes to Cross Keys because you are Chase s doctor s whom we trust.

I recently switched to Cross Keys Animal hospital based on recomendation from friends and I could not be more pleased!!..very friendly helpful staff that compliment the vet staff perfectly!!

Staff and doctor were very accommodating and pleasant. The doctor was able to answer all of our questions and the staff was great with our pup! Very happy with our experience at cross keys!!!
