The bill was more expensive than I expected. It seems like the prices of services may be rising? It would be helpful for the vet to distinguish which vaccines are required and which are recommended so owner s can have the option to make the ultimate choice. Or giving folks the option of splitting a large bill into smaller payments?

Everything was excellent, but it doesn t seem that the rating stars are responding to my clicks. Gracie loves her new toy:)

When we first arrived, we were the only ones in the waiting room, but the person behind the desk did not acknowledge us for a full minute or longer while she did paperwork. It felt a little awkward, almost as if we were being ignored. It wasn t a big deal, but seemed strange.

I was surprised to know it would take me three weeks to get in for a physical for my pet. Also, I was not given, nor did I ask for an explanation regarding billing. That survey question should be updated.

Thank you for scheduling me with Finn on a Friday afternoon with no notice given to you. I needed help with his injured toenail which I had nt realized was infected until I looked at it as he was unrelenting in licking it at home. I was afraid and he was favoring his foot and didnt want to wait another day for him to be seen.Dr. P was great, on the floor soothing him as were Jayme and your intern. Jessie helped with last minute booking appt. Finn on antibiotics and doing fine. Thank you

I was given the wrong Nexguard for the size of Stella but was able to exchange without a problem but slight inconvenience to have to make a return trip.
