My wife Sharon and I appreciate the wonderful care Jack has gotten from all the staff at your organization. Given his emergency back surgery in early June, we always have a heightened concern about his health. Thank goodness his injury turned out to be muscular and not related to his prior spinal problems. The only problem that we had was with our dog’s agitation during the delay in getting seen after we arrived. The clients previous to us had very vocal dogs, whose high pitched whines made our dog nervous. I decided to take our dog for a walk outside, and she was much better after that. The receptionist and the two technicians who trimmed her nails are quite skillful and helpful. We are always happy with the treatment our dog receives at your hospital!

I have relied on the expertise, professionalism, and kindness of the doctors and staff at the Lichtenberg Vet Hospital for over two decades. I can t express how relieved I ve been knowing that my cats will remain in good hands via home visits now that I can no longer drive. You folks are the best!

this was my first visit since deborah and andy left. didnt feel any significant change in other words it was still a great experience. i only have one suggestion; my dog was extremely anxious to be there and i would have liked for the front staff to suggest taking her into a room asap. because i didnt know if a room was open, i needed to ask if i could take her in but all is great at lichtenbergs.

The care provided for both myself and my pet is exceptional. I wouldn t trust my Reggie to any but the very best.

Everyone did a great job! We were very pleased with the quick response when we called, the swift appointment, and the quality of Emma’s evaluation, and the great timing for her upcoming surgery.

I m always so impressed with everyone at Lichtenberg. Recently they went above and beyond on my last trip and took my leash-challenged dog out to the car with me because my knee had been injured; it was like winning the lottery because I d been worrying all day about how I was going to manage. they are a little pricey, however love the team there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. We did not have reason to talk about the bill.

Great annual exam. Pippa just finished the heart worm med. Happy dog, looking forward to the visit of her fellow schnauzer buddies Siggi and Stormy from Long Island and Rosa, a 5-month old labra-doodle from DC. We ll work on her teeth! WB
