The doctor was great, but I found the nurse to be rather abrupt and felt she wasn t genuinely caring. They both did a good job though, but I missed Andy at the desk and the sweet nurses we used to have.

I d love to complete the survey, but it does not work! I tried on my home and work computer!!

Why does your survey not ask any questions about the care of my pet? Two days after being told by your practice that Ty was clear of an intestinal blockage he had emergency surgery at Tufts for exactly that. Obviously you are more concerned about if I thought my bill was explained to me than if my pet lives or dies.

I apologize for Gabby being a wack job. She is a mellow yellow at home, but all of my dogs have LOVED going to the vet and seeing everyone. Thanks for taking care of my fur babies , Best of luck to the new crew and congratulations for carrying on the fine professional, friendly and sensitive atmosphere.
