Curbside service should be discontinued,other than that we love it at Kingdom Animal Hospital.

The staff is also very good with my dog, very professional and very knowledgeable highly recommend them.

Sometimes a routine procedure doesn t end up quite so routine through no fault of those involved. Unforeseen things happen. My bun Oreo cane home from being spayed she was really out of it, and as the evening passed she didn t get better, also not worse but I was concerned. I spent the night with her keeping her warm and feeding her bits of her favorite food so she would eat something. I was surprised to get a call in the morning from the office to check on her. I had been debating calling for advice. Oreo slowly improved through the day and I received another call the next day to check on her. I feel like you all really care for Oreo and that is very important to me. She is doing great by the way, almost back to her naughty little self.

My dog was scared to go inside the building and I really wish I could accompany her to help calm her nerves. I also appreicate being able to see her examined, as I often remember something during this time. Another benefit of letting owners inside the building is that speaking directly to the vet feels much more thorough and it s much easier to ask questions and get answers.

Very thankful for Dr. Wolk patiently spending time with us and listening to our concerns about Oliver. Everyone was so friendly the staff is outstanding. We love everyone!

I appreciate the care provided to my pets when I come here. The vet tech remembered my cat from the last time she was there which was almost a year ago. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Always a good experience even with the awkwardness of being remote.

I didn t realize when I made the appointment that it would be curbside. Obviously it isn t ideal but the technician who came to get Loki was super friendly and the doctor was very helpful over the phone.

I hope we can start coming in with our animals. Most other vet offices have opened back up to the owners. I like knowing exactly what’s happening, especially when our animals are sick.

We absolutely love all of you ?? you have been there for good times hard times shoulders to cry on. You are all the best you all care for furbabies like they are family and we love that because our furbabies are family members. we ABSOLUTELY love you all??

The biggest issue was I got there at 8:01 for my 8:00am appointment and it took for ever to get someone to answer the phone to come and get my dog. Other than that it was great.

My cat terrorized your staff. I have a new appointment tomorrow. He drew blood on me when I tried to let him out of the carrier.

I know that our pups are getting the best care when we bring them here. The staff is always so excited to see them and is so warm and loving when caring for them.

I would like you to open your facilities so I am able to accompany my dogs in for their appointments. I have hesitated scheduling appointments on multiple occasions due to this. I have also been considering looking for another vet. I am not as good at verbalizing my concerns with my dogs as showing, as well as providing them comfort. If the hesitation is due to Covid-19, I would have no issue with showing my card verifying my 3 vaccinations as well as wearing an N95 mask. I would like the opportunity to communicate my choices regarding preventative vaccines, meds, etc… so we can come up with a plan that minimizes unnecessary harm to them but gives your business different opportunities to provide services & make money. Dentals, multiple heartworm tests yearly, vaccine titers.

I am still waiting for results of the test that was done.

My grooming lady is no longer there. So I explained to the new groomer that I wanted the same cut but when I picked teddy up it was a little longer than I wanted but no worries. Teddy was good. Also I did know he was getting an exam but again not a problem I wish I could have been in with him. But all in all it’s all good. Thanks

Our appointment was Thursday, Feb. 10. We are still waiting to hear Pepper s heart worm test results. All else was fine.

I ve never met the doctor or been in the building except to use the bathroom facilities
