I already called, but we were given a price in advance. The actual charge was more than double. This really should be talked about in advance.

While there was a significant wait to be seen they were fantastic about calling me whenever a cancellation came up and were able to get me in a week ahead of their next available appointment.

Dr Wolf she is amazing. The staff there are great.

It would be great to review prescription medications at the annual visit or to have the staff inquire as to whether you need any refills. I was there on Thursday and Saturday and then realized I need to get a prescription refilled. As much my fault as anyone s.

I have been thinking about switching vets for quite a while, I finally decided to do it and switched to Kingdom Animal Hospital. This was our first visit and I had nothing but a great experience! The staff was friendly, they were great with both of my dogs, they did everything in front of me which was nice so I could see how the dogs were interacted with from beginning to end of the visit.

We drive an hour one way for Dr. Wolke! Dr. Wolke and her staff are the best in the business!

As I was paying the bill, a young lady was sitting on the counter with her back to me, I found it unprofessional. I understand it was probably getting closer to closing and a down time. I was surprised by this behavior, because the staff has in the past been professional.

If people bring in multiple dogs to same visit for shots. Couldn’t there be 1 charge on office visit? Possibly offer senior discount since your senior clients are paid once a month.

My visits have always been great in the past but I was very underwhelmed at my last appointment. From the exam room I could hear personal conversations about a staff members upcoming uterine biopsy, slang terms for parts of the female anatomy, as well as swearing. I also heard through the hallway chatter that my dog had coccidia before anyone even came into the room. I can’t imagine what I would have done had the test results been any worse and I heard that through the walls. I come from a strong customer service background so it was disheartening. I would hate for someone to have the same experience that I did. I’m hoping my next appointment is better but if not I will need to look at another office to take Maddy.
