Thank you for all your help with Kinley! If anything, l would just have one suggestion. That would be to explain that if you have an emergency, you will be calling the animal hospital in Grand Rapids, and also to change the number on the letter that goes home. At first l was upset about not getting through to the doctor when Kinley had a lot of bleeding. When l called the GR number, they were kind and answered my questions. I would not have been upset by this if l had known in advance. Everything turned out fine, and someone from Kingdom called me the next day to follow up, so that was helpful. Thank you for all you do to keep our pets happy and healthy!

I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Wolk for the care they took with my dog. They were able to get her seen & treated promptly. Everyone is so kind & genuinely cares for the pets. Thank you!

Since you ask, I’ll nit-pic a bit. The exam room was pretty bleak. Zero issues with cleanliness, but could really use some color or décor of some kind, even just a couple pictures on the wall to look at.

I have experienced it twice now where I schedule a grooming service with the medical appointment, and it seems like that just gets lost. That s a bit of a hole there, but I am very happy with Kingdom!
