I would like to get back to more personalized care. I sometimes have questions about things and am unable to speak directly to the vet.

Thrilled to find an affordable Avian Vet in the area. All the staff are very kind and I was very satisfied with the thorough exam, diagnosis and treatment plan for out little Love Bird Skittles. We also brought our Cockatoo Duey in for a wellness check ? and just to get them both affiliated their new Vet and her assistant. Thank you all so much!

Lady was unable to put harness on my dog so she put the arm part around my dogs neck which was very loose and he could have gotten out of it very easily. Next time I would prefer a phone call to help assist rather than one of the workers do something idiotic like that.

When I called to see the outcome of Dr.Wolks conversation with Blue Pearl. I was cut off mid sentence an put on hold and then hung up on mid sentence at the end of my conversation with person on the phone. Please understand that I know you are busy but my pet is my world and this kind of behavior is upsetting to me during this stressful time.

The office staff are super friendly, cheerful, and a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Wolk explains things, answers questions, and didnt dismiss my concerns. Tech that came to car had actually read the history I sent over and knew exactly what was going on. Came here originally for a 2nd opinion, but after such a great experience for my three visits, this is well worth the hour and fifteen minute drive to make this my new critter vet. I love the after visit summary print up with all of her notes because I have a horrible memory. Pricing is better than the other place I was going which is a huge help.

I gave 2 stars on facilities question because we are not allowed inside. Which is my next comment, it would be nice if we can come in again with our pets. I feel like I do not get enough information when I am not in an in person appointment.

I think it s time to come in with your pet

Would like to be able to come into the office again vs having to wait in my car during my pet’s appointment & receiving a phone call.

If you say we will get a call the next day regarding Joeys Lyme disease please do it. Now it been 2 days. No call.

I would prefer to come into the office, it would have given me the opportunity to describe the symptom I see in Quincy better when I could show it to the provider.

this was an unexpected visit. My dog was in pain. I asked the doctor if I could pay her $100.00 on a $159.00 in 2 days. She said that would be ok. When th to get neede meds for my dog.e assisstant brought out my dog, I was informed that I could not get 2 out of 3 meds that she prescribed. I actually paid for 2 of them in the $100.00 payment. I have always paid at the end of the visit for 4 years and have never asked for favors. This is not right. I borrowed money.I am done.

I am so impressed with Kingdom Animal Hospital. Especially, Dr. Wolk. I am in the process of transferring all my care to her. I also have told my other avian friends about Kingdom. It is still alittle hard to get used to not coming in with my birds, however, Dr.Wolk talks to me and answers all my questions. I am so happy that I have found her.

I was very thankful that you were understanding that I was not able to pay my full amount until I returned home. I wish that there was a way to pay in some type of payment plan because I have another dog that needs help and it will be a costly surgery. I am on disability and don t have alot of money to take care of it.

It would be nice to actually meet the vet and I hope your policies change soon. I also find it annoying that I get so many reminders via text and email about my appointment. 1 would be plenty.

Curbside service should be discontinued,other than that we love it at Kingdom Animal Hospital.

The staff is also very good with my dog, very professional and very knowledgeable highly recommend them.

Sometimes a routine procedure doesn t end up quite so routine through no fault of those involved. Unforeseen things happen. My bun Oreo cane home from being spayed she was really out of it, and as the evening passed she didn t get better, also not worse but I was concerned. I spent the night with her keeping her warm and feeding her bits of her favorite food so she would eat something. I was surprised to get a call in the morning from the office to check on her. I had been debating calling for advice. Oreo slowly improved through the day and I received another call the next day to check on her. I feel like you all really care for Oreo and that is very important to me. She is doing great by the way, almost back to her naughty little self.

My dog was scared to go inside the building and I really wish I could accompany her to help calm her nerves. I also appreicate being able to see her examined, as I often remember something during this time. Another benefit of letting owners inside the building is that speaking directly to the vet feels much more thorough and it s much easier to ask questions and get answers.
