Thank you so much! We had an excellent first visit!! They are our first pets and we felt very comfortable that they were being cared for. I appreciated all the help, care and kindness of the wonderful staff we met.

Dr. Wolk and everyone who works along side her has been amazing and I would tell my friends and family to go see her. It’s just hard not being able to be inside with our dogs. Sometime there are some thing we don’t want the doctor to do at that moment incase we don’t have enough money. It would be nice to know things ahead before she does them.

The staff went above and beyond: helping clean up the mess my kitty made in his carrier/bathing him, and the doctor spent a lot of time talking with me to put my mind at ease with the concerns I had. I also appreciate all the extra measures in place to ensure everyone is safe. All around, an efficient and wonderful visit!!

I like the care I get here but would love to have in person visits again. I hope that they will start soon. I was glad that dr. Wolk did provide care for my dog Moses when it was hard for him to come to the office without me. Thanks for your care. I can not tell if your office is clean because I cannot go inside.

Only gave three stars for last question because you re only doing curbside service right now and did not feel like it would be right to give either a high or low score. Hopefully that s understandable.

Not happy that still not allowing pet owners to come in with their pets and for that reason we are leaving and going to a clinic where I can go in with my pet.

Very satisfied with everyone and everything . We got case as a puppy and brought him there . We switched our other 2 dogs there last week because of a bad incident involving one of our other dogs at our old vet . We are so satisfied and would highly recommend your business to others

Did not talk about possible side affects from the vacination. My dog was not doing to well after her vacination. I also did not receive evaluation from the check up. Not satisfied with overall experience jazzy had at your holland location.

I didn t go in the office. I m still waiting in the car. The only qurtique I have is that I was told on the phone that Princess was going in for a vaccine only. I payed a lot more than I expected.

I waited a lot longer than the original estimate they gave me. Since I m stuck outside for now and can t see what s going on, it would have been nice to have a call to let me know.

Even though they are doing curbside, they still did a great job. I wish were able to go inside and talk with the doctor face to face but I understand. It was nice that Dr. Wolk called and gave me the report on Otis. I was happy about that. Otis came out of the office happy and a curled tail, so I know they were great with him.
