Everyone is so nice and friendly. They take good care of your pets. I especially love Emily, the groomer. She always has time to tell you about anything that may come up about your fur babies, and always checks with the doctor to make sure nothing is missed. I just love her to death!!

I can t comment on the cleanliness of the offices, because we still wait in the car....but I LOVE not having to go INTO the vet s office with my pets. It s so much less anxiety for me (and therefore the dogs) THANK YOU!!!

When are we going to be able to go in? It has been 18 months of not being able to be with our pets while they are having their examinations. This is getting ridiculous.

Emily, the dog groomer is great. She has always done a good job with Zoe.

Love the vets and all the team members! Seems like communication needs to be improved, adding another person to answer the phone.. fine with you all picking the animal up in the parking lot, just wish it was easier to talk with a person. Would have saved waiting time in the parking lot. Otherwise, love what you all have going on!! It works!

We had a visiting vet doctor, and he was excellent!

When arriving we ended up being 20 minutes late, again we are super sorry about that. We called because it is curbside pickup the receptionist was very kind and told us there’s a 15 minute window but would send someone out to see if my puppy would still be eligible to be seen. The vet tech who came out seemed a little rude and explained the 15 minute window again and said she’d will ask the vet if my puppy would still be seen, I told her Thankyou and she just said “yup…” and walked away. The way she was talking just seemed a little off from my previous visits. My past experiences coming here have always been 100% perfect and nice staff. But the one time I was late I got a little attitude. Even if she was nice about it and we would’ve had to reschedule I wouldn’t have had an issue with doing that at all.

Happy with your service but would like to go in with my pet and be present to hear what the doctor has to say.

Emily did a great job as always with our little pups grooming . She is the best ! However I will be very glad when we are done with curbside service . The wait times in the car are sometimes long and I have often found it difficult to get through to someone on the phone . I have often had to leave a message while sitting in the parking lot . We miss the up close and personal experience.. I very much prefer bringing my dog in myself … and so does he ! It is less stressful for him and us to be with him when he is seeing a vet .

You will not see me or Teddy until we can have face to face visits. I am fully vaccinated and don’t care if you are or not. Could not answer the last question because I wasn’t allowed in.

I was very pleased with everything but the wait while my pet was in the building. I was told to wait in my car and it would be about 20-30 minutes but it was close to an hour. Since it was all appointments I don t know how they could get slammed after lunch . Regardless, my rat got the doctor s full attention and she gave me her full attention n the phone. It is almost impossible to find someone to see a pet rat so I am thankful for Animal Kingdom. Jazz is already doing much better with prescribed medicine and TLC. We had already gone to Red Barn Vet Clinic and we did not feel they were very confident in their recomendations. Thank you for takng ecellent care of Jazzi

Several visits have now led to frustration. Your phone service is very ineffective. Leaving messages is pointless as I sit in the lot waiting to pick up my dog. Emily does a great job grooming my dog and I find your staff friendly. However, I’m finding myself wasting a lot of time just trying to communicate with someone who is just inside the building I’m staring at
