I know my cat (molly) can be difficult. Getting a shot once a month I can imagine,be pretty tramatizing.. please be patient with her she really is a sweet cat. Her last visit I noticed she hissed and growled at the vet tech. I apologized. It s all I can do. Thanks for all you do!

Both of my pets (whodey, dog) and (carl, cat) have visited in the last week. Whodey had surgery to his ear which has been an ongoing issue for two years. I am relieved to have the surgery done for him, and I find that you all provided the text option for an on-call vet extremely helpful for my follow up questions, considering the healing process post op has been difficult to say the least. My cat came in on friday for routine vaccinations. He had a reaction immediately when we got home and he returned to the office for follow up treatment. The staff reported him being angry while at the vets office. He came home very angry as well, covered in urine on his backside. He is generally not an angry cat and is very friendly and calm. I was very stressed and called the office crying to find out how things went. The staff was very nice on the phone and even helped me out by sending home some free cleaner I could spray on him to clean him up which worked wonderfully. One staff member (Molly) happens to be my neighbor. She and another vet tech stopped by later that day to ask how my pets were doing and offer to help which I thought was very sweet and shows how much they care about my pets. That really blew me away! Carl is doing better now and whodey is still working on healing. All of the above being said, I would strongly urge your facility to allow the pet owners back into appointments with their pets. Masks could be required as in other medical facilities. I just feel very strongly that for both of my pets, the anxiety and unfamiliarity of the vet would be highly relieved if I had been able to go inside for their appointments. I understand I Wouldn t be present during a surgery but even something as simple as vaccines, follow ups, injections, nail trims, I could help keep my pet calm and make the experience better and easier on all involved. I have always helped to keep my pets calm in vet appointments I was able to be inside for. Your office should follow suite on what all other businesses are doing now that CDC guidelines are less restrictive and allow the pet owner into appointments. Overall, I find your staff very helpful and I appreciate the experiences I have had. I just want to make all of this less stressful on myself, your staff and most importantly, my pets!

I really appreciated the doctor recognizing that I had waited an extended amount of time and apologizing She also explained the three difficult dogs before me. With a geriatric dog I have been “ squeezed in” to the doctors schedule before. The explanation made all the difference.

our dog had surgery for a tumor. We didn t get any information on how the surgery went or what the diagnosis was. The office was very busy that day, but i expected some kind of feedback. This is rare as we usually have very good interaction with the vets.

I called to set up an appointment to get one of my puppy’s shots , and another dog up to date . They needed flea and tic meds too . I called and set this up and told them I’d I could get their free nail trim . She said yes . So 2 weeks later when I go , apparently they were scheduled both to be groomed ? I didn’t ask for that and didn’t even know / understand. So I was surprised with that bill . I didn’t say anything because I just didn’t want to complain . So I had to pay with my care credit . It just sucks because i didn’t have a lot of money . I was hoping just to get that free nail trim . Not grooming . I never asked for grooming .

Waited almost 20min before being seen after appointment time. And luckily I reviewed the prescription refills before leaving park Lot as it was incorrect (had to call back into office) and the services performed was also incorrectly listed on the invoice(service was not listed but preformed and not charged for originally). Again and to ask about it. It appears communication between provider and office staff needs to improve.

minor, but they forgot to pack my vetmedin which is maintenance med supply that I had requested. Luckily I caught this, got the supply and charge immediately. Thanks. I do call ahead several weeks with what I need so that you have the supply, and this had been requested twice in advance. no big deal.. Thanks, Michele Monet was the sickest that he has ever been in is life. He seems to be recovering, and I will take him again tomorrow to Burnham Park animal hospital for blood draw and prednisome taper.Thanks for getting him on the road to recovery.
