Our Groomer did an excellent job. We had several folks at the dog park we take Shep to that asked where did we get him groomed. Please let me know the name of the groomer. Thanks.

I have never seen the inside of this building.

You bib not trim Abby s nails as requested. When I questioned your staff about it you said it was complimentary. When we picked her up you did not provide any paperwork for us. I had to request an invoice and proof of your work so we can board her when we are on vacation. In general, I think you and your staff need to work on professionalism. I also think we should be able to enter your building with a mask.

We love having our dog treated and groomed at KAH.

Awesome service

N/A on the cleanliness of the facility as I didn’t go inside. Assuming with the professionalism of the rest of the visit that everything inside was the same.

The person who came out to get our rabbit from us for her appointment was so kind and friendly! And when she brought her back after the appointment she had great things to say about our bunny, Lucy. It was great customer service and it really made our day, my mom and I were very impressed! Thank you so much for a great appointment.

I appreciate the doctor coming out to my car in the cold weather to let me know his thoughts about my cat. I felt his approach and thinking were really helpful in helping making decisions about an animal at the end of his life.

I love the COVID protocol. Drop off your pet and everything is taken care of. Much shorter wait time.

This appointment proved very expensive. There were tests run that likely weren t needed as the issue appears to have been round worms. It would be nice from the customers viewpoint to look for inexpensive obvious solutions before running lab tests.

I m very happy with the care and love shown to my cat. Everyone is easy to talk to, they answer my questions, and offers different options for treatments.

My dog had an allergic reaction to his shots. His snout and his eyes were very swollen. I called the after hours number and waited 45 min for a reply ( after calling 2x s and texting 1x). Was told to give him adult benadryl ( which worked great). But was told they would check his chart the following day and give us a call to check up on him. We received no phone call. I value my pet as my child. I will most likely not be back again.

The day of my appointment when I picked up my 3 dogs, I requested a call back from Dr Wolk to help me with questions regarding Teo. Two days later I called back and requested an opportunity to speak to Dr Wolk again. I have some concerns and usually help is available. No call.

You all did an absolutely amazing job of caring for our dear cat Billie Jean! It was an emergency on a Saturday and you got us right in. I wasn’t able to go inside because of Covid restrictions, but the person who came out to my car was friendly, professional and reassuring. I especially appreciated the fact that she explained how much the various procedures were going to cost. You guys are amazing!

Dr. Shelley had to deliver some bad news about my pup’s diagnosis, and he did so with such care and sensitivity. He was so helpful in offering explanation and recommendations. I appreciated vet tech staff’s doting care of my little guy too. Thank you :)
