I been happy with kingdom service.

There seemed like a lot of confusion between me/winston and staff. I had brought in his papers the first time. And then the second visit they said they didn’t have any papers. Plus on the treatment paper they listed Winston and Oliver . Do just wondered if there could be concern of getting stool samples and other stuff mixed up ???

Since this was a little different due to Covid, I didn t get to go in. I was more than impressed with the phone call I received while waiting in my car. Impressed as well with the vet tech? who delivered my bunny in and out of the building.

I love this office ! They are fast friendly and affordable! They also explain everything in great detail! Thank you kingdom animal hospital! I am looking forward to future visits!

Bryce was very friendly during the check in process (even when he was standing outside in the rain). I had to call the next day to clarify the instructions for a med. I was impressed with how quickly my question was answered. Looking forward to meeting the vet when your office is no longer doing curbside.

I so appreciate Dr. Wolk s thorough exam of Monet, and really appreciate her scheduling his dental ahead of the usual lead time.

Don’t know about the office since I wasn’t allowed in with my pet. Our previous appt. was not too good......I think she was allowed to jump off the table without supervision which I feel started her arthritis flare up.

Very accommodating. Very satisfied with all responses to my dog’s problems.

I visited during covid so I can not give a evaluation on how clean the office was or other things. All in all I was very happy with the care my dogs received
