My dog was sick all weekend. Even though the clinic was booked for the day, they had me bring her in and treated her with meds and fluids. I couldn t be more grateful.

I appreciate the attention given to Rowdy s ear issue during her stay. Both dogs seemed well cared for and I will definitely use your pet resort again.

You should explain possible reactions to vaccines. I did already know but some people may get caught off guard by soreness, lethargy, or loss of appetite for example. Very friendly service and helpful staff.

I feel that the staff and Dr. Lyn truly love and care for Poppi. They are also very accommodating and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the entire practice.

I was so happy to get an appointment as quickly as I did. Dr. Ludwig and her staff were amazing. Very thorough and kept me aware of what was taking place throughout the process. Could not be more satisfied.

Requested charges for vaccine prior to appointment, a ridiculous fee was charged (added) for wellness check w/o our knowledge. Mandatory or I could lose my license we were told. An unrelated issue... last year we were informed a charge of $500 to euthanize a family member! Forcing me to use a 50 cent bullet to put my own dog down. Very disappointed with North Country Vet.

All of the staff in both locations are always friendly, helpful, and professional. It is always pleasant to bring the critters in for whatever reason.

Everyone associated with this clinic and the one in Phillips are beyond helpful. They would be an excellent example for other Veterinary Offices to model their business and care.

We have had a dog at both the Park Falls and Phillips location and every time we go in there always seems to be confusion on what we are there for or what has been done in the past.

I was not there in person for a visit I phoned in a question about medication and I was very pleased with the knowledge of the technician who spoke to me. I feel confident now giving the medication to my pet.

They squeezed us in and did everything possible to make sure Schotzi was seen and got her bath. The staff is always knowledgeable and accomodating.

I felt like the vet was rushed she stated they were going to do labs and never did which I think could have helped with not having to have such a sooner appointment. I was told to call if I have questions and they did not call back often leading me to call more than once. Following the appointment when the cat did not taper well I called immediately and felt brushed aside. I would appreciate if more time was spent actually speaking to me so I could understand what was going on a sick pet does cause anxiety and being told things were an emergency and then being unable to be seen due to full schedules was scary especially after I asked for a returned phone call to ensure I was okay giving the continued dose.

Service was great. He had a tooth pulled some dewclaws out. We got caught in a couple tornadoes and they stayed late to get us her dog back so he can go home for the night. It meant a lot to us. Thank you very much.

There is severe problems with inaccurate bills by office staff, need an overhaul in park falls and phillips

Dr Ludwig is the best !! All the vet techs are very friendly. I highly recommend this facility to all my friends/ family. Also i think it’s very cute that they have a scrapbook filled with client pictures!
