As always, the Drs. & staff are committed to caring for the patients and share Dr. Wilson’s vision for caring and being there for the animals. Dr. Breen and the ER staff were amazing. I believe Dr. Breen nailed the diagnosis as my 18 year old cat was bleeding from a UTI and was straining. Within a 1.5 days she was far more comfortable and no longer crying and staining. Must be kitty Menopause or Meowy Pause...old age women get more UTI’s as we age. Thank you Thank you for always being there for your patients no matter what time of night. I even think I saw Dr. Wilson drive home at 2 AM as I heard he was doing surgery. I chose Dr. Wilson years ago when he was in the little house. I would not go to any other practice. Thank you for your culture and all that you do and never lose sight of this commitment to your patients. My deepest appreciation always.

Dr. Hawkins is the best. She took time out to talk to us and give us our options. Your staff was superior. I really like that you have more people working on the checkout.

I understand due to COVID that they are busier than normal but I had no problem waiting. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great. The vet tech came back in to show me how to put the eye gel in my dogs eyes. When I last minute asked if they could cut my dogs nails they did so. Vet and vet tech and checkout person were all friendly.

Just if u could put the return visits on the bill. The assistant gave good instructions regarding care and how to give the meds to my dog but not return visit date! The doctor told me but with everything going on I couldn t remember if it was a week or two weeks to return. The checkout desk didn t know either and the dr was with another pt so I had to call back in a day or two so the assistant could check with dr or look at his notes if they were in yet. Other than that we always know our animals r in great care with Wilson Vet Hospital!!!! Thank u! And thanks for helping all the animals I know u guys r crazy busy with the global virus causing all these changes and closings .
