there was a nice enough Vet checking out my dog, His wound that I brought him in for was never cleaned in my presence, , when my dog was taken from the exam room, I believe it was only for his fur to be shaved around his wound, There was an extremely expensive Rx for an antibiotic , Which of course OI paid for, and apparently when i questioned a spray for the hot spot on my dogs let, the Vet tech excused herself, and came back with a second spray which is also a type of antibiotic . I understand an after Hour charge, although for the services rendered, the 168$ bill for an five minute exam seemed excessive. yes its a nice facility, Yes i was grateful you are there, I called and inquired if it could wait till the morning, Since I wasn t sure if this full thickness wound to his head could be closed if necessary after 12 hours. So i guess there could have been a better channel of communication, and I am full aware the decision to come was mine, I m concerned that the wound wasn t cleaned and it s draining now some purulent yuck and it s only been since Thursday evening, Anyway, There ya have it. really wasn t given any direct care instructions , what to watch for, and how if any action to clean wound.

The receptionists was amazingly polite and helpful, both the one at drop off and again when I came back to pick up Spots after the surgery. The Nurse who came into the room to help was great she went out of her way to help out and understood my plight with the misunderstanding over what we were there for.

I would like to add that vet tech Megan(?) did amazing with my baby Moose!!!!!!!!! She made him feel loved and safe! Thank you!

I have been going to veterinarians for 40 years and you guys are the best! That s why I drive over 50 miles one way just to come see you!

I was very impressed with doctor who treated my dog and his sense of urgency on my part and the level of understanding on his. I am a pet store owner in Macomb and have heard good things about your office from our customers. Im glad we listened to them!

Always pleased at Wilson and Sterling Heights. My dogs actually love coming in for their appointments, either scheduled or urgent/emergent. When they can still be the happy labs they are, despite unpleaseant times, that tells me Dr. Wilson’s group is doing a lot right!!! Thank you for that!

The doctor was fantastic! I came to your clinic as an emergency. Within 2 minutes the vet shared more things with me than my previous clinic, which I will not be returning to. Very impressed and will be coming back to your clinic for all future appointments. I can’t say enough about the vet. My only regret was I don’t remember her name.

I live in the Yale area, but was not able to get a same day appointment for my pet, so I was glad you have an urgent care 24/7 service for walk-ins! Thank you!

We were so scared thinking we could have lost our little girl. From the time we called and explained her symptoms, to when we able to leave with Cocobutter in our arms the entire staff was patient and caring. We never felt like ‘just another patient’. They obviously care and took the time to make sure WE were ok too. They were so gentle with Cocobutter, explained her diagnosis and guided us through what to expect. She will recover and we will continue be so thankful for everyone at Wilson’s. Thank you for easing our fears, listening to and addressing every concern. Thank you for taking care of my puppy. You did a good job. What is the scale on your survey? Is 5 stars low or high. I give you high rating. You could improve by doing a follow up call to see how my puppy is doing.

The only suggestion I have is to stick to the appointment times better. We didn t see the vet until 30 minutes after the appointment time. Otherwise, keep up the great work! Worth the drive!

Love going to you just wish I was able to get appointments faster when I want to either do a well care or a sick one without always having to pay the extra at the emergency
