Considering it was an urgent care situation, the wait was not that bad. Everyone was wonderful. My dog had kennel cough so I was asked to keep her outside and to come in a side door. That s great, so she s not spreading anything to others in the waiting room. This was our first visit. We were very pleased with every part of the experience.

I came in to the walk in clinic on a Monday morning 90 degree day. There were many emergencies and walk ins like me. All were taken care of and given special attention from the staff. Very courteous and friendly . Even though the wait was lengthy i was taken care of adequately a.nd am happy with service

The staff was so helpful. I recently had foot surgery and have trouble getting around. I called to get on the check in list when I arrived at the office. I explained my mobility issue and a member of the staff came out to help me and my dog into the office and then helped again when I left. Take you so much for such an attentive staff.

Dr Kreiger spent a lot of time explaining my dogs heart issues. He answered all my questions and was very personable.

She was very well spoken, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a wonderful explanation of the tests our dog would experience as well as the fees involved. My first experience was over the phone with the receptionist. She was friendly and caring. This made my decision to come to Willson Urgent Care. The visit and follow up went well. Thank you all for the care you provided for Luke. One improvement would be, is to provide more comfort in the patients rooms where the wait can be long. Luke and I became uncomfortable and were very cold. It would have been nice to have had a cusion on the bench and a cusioned floor mat for Luke. Also, away to keep warm. Maybe a pet and a owner basket with throws. Other than this, our experience has been great so far. Sincerely, Renee Koalski & Luke
