Both Wilson locations have kind pleasant help with great care and reasonable costs! You have to wait a while at urgent care, but that’s what urgent care is and I’m thankful to have this as an option for my dog! Love Wilson Vet!!

We were there for 3 hours, the wait was the only dismay. Other than that everyone was very kind and friendly.

The staff and cleanliness is all 5 s. However I would like to share the fact that a 4 1/2 hr wait time(we were told 2 hrs.) in my opinion is not acceptable for urgent care, and suggest steps to either call another Vet in for assist or allow customers to take their sick pet home to await and 30 min time to get back. The other issue I noticed was people waiting just for shots and nail trim in urgent care, that caused very negative feelings for clients with sick pets. I have been using Wilson s since 2001. That trip was very stressful. And other clients mentioning the 4 1/2hr visits on weekends as a routing happening. I have tremendous respect for Dr Wilson and all the workers there, and the wonderful advancement in care he has brought to pets. But to improve wait time would certainly make clients and sick pets feel a lot better. Respectully Karen Rust

I am really happy a friend told me about your hospital.

My old pup is actually still an inpatient at your facility. She underwent life saving surgery at 10pm on Sunday after another “emergency vet” told me to put her down. You guys saved her life. Although I have not received my final bill or picked her up yet, I can honestly say I have never been more thankful for this practice. The professionalism, urgency and dedication to your patients is paramount. From the moment we walked into your ER you were amazing. The recptionist immeaditly came to help us, a tech was there within seconds of being called. They had her back and being cared for in minutes. The doctor that explained what was happening in between me sobbing was so compassionate and calm. She was in surgery within 45 minutes of walking though your door, and she was in rough shape. You guys truly saved her life and I don’t think I will ever be able to thank you enough for everything you have done for her. You have let me visit her without restrictions and alllowed me to take as much time as I need with her. I look forward to picking her up soon and thanking everyone I can that works there. You are the pinnacle of animal medicine, we are so lucky to have found you.

The wait time was very long. We were there four and half hours. Other than that everything was wonderful.

My Noah got 2 vaccinations and his left shoulder was tender. I was curious if both were near each other? He didn t feel too well for about 36 hours. He was limping on that front left arm. I always make my appts. with Dr. Baumert. Very happy with her and I drive 45 min for your services. Thank you, Jola Britton

Absolutely love this place. The facility is spotless and quite clean. Everyone is so helpful. They take wonderful care of my dog Winnie. I drive a half hour to come here. Love it and recommend to anyone.

Our urgent care visit was very long (we were there 7 hrs), but the care was very good, and I could tell that you were dealing with a lot. On several visits I ve witnessed techs that could benefit from learning improved handling techniques. I would love to see some Fear Free Certifications in your clinic. This type of certification would make me a lot more comfortable having my animal taken in the back. Overall, I m super impressed with the high quality of veterinary care and the efficiency of your high volume clinic. Thanks for doing what you do!

I was sent to the Urgent care from Hollow Corners. We have a new puppy and Hollow Corners could not see us for a few days. She had gotten sick over night so they suggested we take her in. I was never told that Wilson s now has a Vet Clinic aside from the Urgent Care. This was not an emergency appointment, I could have tried to see if I could get an appointment in the clinic. Instead, I sat for over 2 hours waiting for her to be seen. My total time there was over 3 hours. No one every mentioned the Clinic. Once in the exam room, the Dr. was only in the room for less than 5 minutes. Turns out, he felt she had a reaction to some flea repellent we used on her. So he treated her fleas. She had already had her first set of shots, so he followed-up with another de-worming medication as well.

More explanation On my animals surgery and instructions until my animals surgery date would of been helpful ( and getting is date sooner) But seems the vets are great at what they do!!

Medications and fecal test very high priced. But very happy with all staff and doctor. Left a couple phone messages in the past regarding a concern with my dog, and no one ever called back. Disappointed about no return phone calls. I have been happy with the doctors who have treated my dog, Denali and happy with the techs. Thank you!

Dr. Burge was so wonderful to work with! He was polite, punctual, and thorough with his examination and explanation regarding my dog.
