We had our first pet emergency at 3am on a Saturday morning. Thank You Wilsons Veterinary Hospital for being there for our family Yorkie at a time of crisis. He is recovering and getting stronger each day. I credit that to the Drs and staff for the swift and excellent care he received at the time of need. All of the visits, examines, testing, and treatment fees are very reasonable and more than fair. Our experience with Wilsons Veterinary Hospital care and services were excellent!

Whenever I visited at night everyone was super helpful and took the time to explain any updates about my cats situation.

although we waited a long time (4 hours about) I appreciated the cost and care compared to other emergency vets.

Dr Wilson took time with Sally and did his best to ease her discomfort. It took her several days to begin to feel better. I appreciate your help during a scary time for us

Dr. Kirby was AWESOME!!!! I am in Texas, so my daughter had me on speakerphone throughout the emergency visit. He could NOT have been more personable or compassionate, which I appreciated more than any survey or even words could express. Mainly because this was the first time my daughter was on her own for an emergency! Even though I was on the phone, she was touched and comforted by his detailed diagnosis and suggestions. I’ve been with Dr. Wilson’s Veterinary Hospital since we moved to Michigan in 1995 (thanks to a “welcome to the neighborhood postcard!), and couldn’t be happier! Due to his overwhelming success, we started seeing Dr. Hawkins, whom we adore, in 2002. She has taken care of our Betty for the past 17 years. I confess to being anxious about not getting to see Dr. Hawkins for the emergency visit, but Dr. Kirby totally did away with any anxiety in me AND my daughter!!! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! Betty is eating and purring like there’s no tomorrow!!! It just doesn’t get any better than that!

Its an hour away from where I live but was well worth it.

Everyone I met was amazing. The offices were super clean and I can not thank everyone enough. You guys made a terable day just a little easier.

The only opportunity for improvement I noticed was that I fed Rosie while visiting her in the hospital but it was not notes in her chart. When I spoke to the doctor the following morning, there was no record of it. Otherwise, I am truly impressed by the compassionate care she received

Thank you so very much for the walk-in clinic. Without the clinic Bella would have gotten much sicker. It is very comforting as a pet parent. The staff is always helpful and wonderful, the vet was very informative and answered all our questions.

Dr Wilson has a true compassion for animals.it is obvious he does this for the animals and not for the money. It is incredible that he provides services that are actually AFFORDABLE so that people can get their beloved best furry friends the care that they need and not suffer a financial hardship while doing so. God bless you Dr Wilson. You are one of a kind! And thank you so much for everything you have done for our sweet Bulldog, Brooklyn. Because of you.. and the surgery you did to remove her leg and all of the cancer with it... we got to enjoy her sweet little self for 22 months post diagnosis of the osteosarcoma. We are forever grateful to you and your amazing staff.

It was a very busy evening in the ER/urgent care when we arrived. I cannot commend the entire staff enough for the efficiency they provided, from check-in to taking our dog in the back for a quick triage/treatment plan - without even having us wait to be placed in a room. We knew our dog wasn’t in a dire situation, and we appreciate the “well oiled machine” that the entire staff provided.
