WE were able to bring chester in right away. Dr dawkins explains everything fully. she loves her patients.

The vet was very unclear in her instructions. She jumped between options so often that I didn t know what was agreed to. She then didn t even provide the probiotics she recommended without me re-asking for them during checkout.

Dr. Mitchell spent a lot of time with us. She was caring and got us on the right track with Molly’s weight issue.

Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful and compassionate vet.She explains things clearly,and informatively.

love Dr Stullfuss, still miss Dr julianne. Wish they had stayed in the same practice. Desk clerks are great to deal with. Last office visit to pick up meds laughed all the way home after trying to sort out correct amt of meds for Morky and Misty. Happy Holidays to all.

Is there a way to ask questions related to the visit that came to mind after the appt?

I wasn’t too happy with Dr Havlin.. Cash has had several bad experiences with the vet & is very anxious I requested he be given something to complete all of his visit she would not do so. Now I have to give him medication ahead of time & bring him back. Taking him to the vet is traumatic & I try to limit his trips if possible. Praying Monday goes well.

I really love Graylyn Crest for the care of my animals. Everyone is so wonderful and I know they care. Most personal and helpful vet I have ever been to.

My dog had bath and nail clip only. He looked fresh and happy on pick-up. Just wish he didn t have to spend 7 hrs at the facility. Is there any way to avoid this?

I love everything about Talleyville. The staff are wonderful and my pets are well looked after. Dr Stoltzfus is the best. I couldn’t be happier.

The staff is always friendly, professional,and always takes special care if my dog. We are so appreciative of everyone there. Thank you for encouraging happy visits and giving live to my dog.

Geena Powers, the groomer, is amazing...knows her pet customers well and is responsive to their owner’s requests. She’s a valuable employee. I have noticed computer problems at the front desk for months. Freezing of screens is frustrating to the staff and time-wasting for them and customers. Something should be done to make the system more efficient.
