I was not kept informed of my pet s surgery. I was told it would happen around 9am and tie doctor would call. I called at noon and was told she was in surgery. No heard nothing by 3 so called again. Spoke to surgery tech. Then heard nothing and was going to call at 5 but tie doctor called at 5.10. Picked up let at 8 and was not told what effects I would see from anesthesia. Very surprised when cat couldn t walk and keep falling over. I should have been kept better informed during the day and told how the cat would walk like she was drunk. The surgery was done well and successful.

This is the first time we saw Dr. Namey. I was very happy with her and so were Henry and Sammmy. we would like to see her all the time when needed. we were patients of Dr. Wilkenson. we just loved him and Nancy. were very pleased with dr. sneider who tried so hard to help Bentley.

For an emergency appointment, I felt like there was a complete lack of urgency. One of the girls at the front desk had nothing to say to us when we arrived - just pointed down the hallway. The first thing the vet tech said when she saw our puppy whining and yelping (from a broken leg) was “Oh, come on!” As though he didn’t have a valid reason to be whining. We were very taken aback by this lack of compassion. This place seems to have gone downhill with newer staff members. I think we will look elsewhere if another emergency arises.

Love all the Staff! They treat my dog as if he was their own and even take the time to make a follow up call to check on him after a visit.

Dr. Anthony is very thorough. He took the time we needed to discuss our dog and was very understanding to the sensitivity of our concerns. Luckily, our dog is all good. He is an amazing vet doctor.

I found the doctor quite condescending.she didn’t seem to understand that not everyone is wealthy and insinuated with her tone that we didn’t care enough about our dogs. News flash: our dogs are very much loved. The other staff were friendly.

can t get stars to click... good experience with the dr and staff; however, the wait was 1/2hr. once i got into the exam room and then additional wait time.. i was in the exam room 2 hours for a first visit exam with two birds. i have to assume that there were other issues going on.

Just a comment, for the outrageous prices you guys charge you d think the facilities would be a little nicer/updated. Otherwise I think the staff is great, doctors wonderful and facilities are ok, just outdated/old, in bad shape.

Prior medication was discontinued and substitute prescribed....but was sticker shocked when compared bill to prior medicine costs. Cost difference should have been discussed!

I’ve been very pleased with the “emergency” care my little guy has been receiving, even with the unexpected additional quarantine. Staff has been very patient with other family members inquiring about his welfare. I 100% appreciate them following protocol regarding unauthorized individuals and accommodating us to see him via monitor. Thank you all so much!!

I felt hurried - I prefer the doctor, technician and front desk to take more time. I’m used to a very personal and warm environment. I felt more of a ‘climical’ feeling. That said, the quality of care was good and informative.

First time I have been to this location (I usually go to Hockessin since I lived 2 minutes from there) but now live 2 minutes from this location. The staff could not have been nicer and helped make Colby better with his upset stomach!! Great visit!
