If so, no Senior Discount applied. Should not have to ask for it every time. Normally Very Satisfied with care of Dixie. Not so happy with the above comments

I m assuming this is regarding Piper s PT appt last week as she has not seen the vet recently. Kate and Brianna are excellent. They take lots of time and are loving and warm with my dog and me. I feel they are knowledgeable and helpful and go out of their way to look things up and answer my questions. I am very satisfied with this service. They really seem to like and care about my dog.

I really like all the associates who work at graylyn crest. all of them love animals and are so competent with their care. I especially like dr dawkins. she is so warm and friendly to us but especially the animals.

On behalf of my family and our beloved guinea pig Mocha who unfortunately passed away the morning after our vist we owe you a big thank you. Your staff and provider Dr.White were nothing but kind and understanding. You gave him fluids which we can only attribute to him being able to survive one more night so that our mother and family could say a proper goodbye. I thank you so much for that! I went there twice , Sunday and Monday - same dog , same situation. I was charged for the 2 visits , which I believe is incorrect . I asked the technician to have someone contacting me to discuss the topic . I’m still waiting for the phone call. I waited too long in both days , the hospital is not structured to receive several patients in emergency. I have not feel secure about doctors sssessment and treatment. I would like to receive a phone call from the hospital owner .
