We came in for an emergency visit on a holiday weekend and were able to be seen right away. The vet and staff were so warm and comforting as we were extremely worried about our dog. We are so happy to have this vet right around the corner!

It was nice to see Dr. Jennifer Dawkins again. She is always very helpful, friendly, and thorough!

Front desk staff and Vet were great! The nurse we initial met with when taken back seemed to have a huge chip on her shoulder and was borderline rude. Not a fan of her... AT ALL!

Waited an hour and 25 minutes to be seen for an emergency visit on a Sunday. There were no other patients but us. Were told doctor was on the phone (for hour and 25 minutes?) so we waited an hour and 25 for emergency visit but doc wasn’t to concerned enough to get off the phone and see her one patient? Crazy I’d say...then expected to pay a $147.00 emergency appointment fee? Left with a prescription for a drug that required a special pharmacy. The option to by a cone for her neck so she didn’t try Lo lick her butt.. but, she is two pounds and could even reach her butt to try to lick? Going forward I’ll call Dr Coogan on a Sunday and he will see the dogs for their care.

Dr. Dawkins and his staff provided a thorough exam of our new tortoise. My husband and I were very impressed with their knowledge. Dr. Dawkins had prepared literature for us in advance of our visit. The staff gave us the needed confidence we were at the right exotic vet for our new family member. I would highly recommend.

Love bringing my pet here for boarding. Talleyville just became my primary vet. During my dog s first check up, at times it felt that the doctor was more interested in offering a massive amount of products to sell me rather than continuing with giving my dog a thorough exam. It felt a little overwhelming.

Very happy with the staff and service at Hockessin animal hospital and I really like Dr Anthony. Korra does not like going to the vet and Dr Anthony’s cool demeanor helps me and Korra stay calm.

My biggest hesitation in coming as a new customer was the reviews that said prices are high and the staff push expensive medical procedures. I was very disappointed to find that was exactly the case. I won t be back.

Dr. Bell is the best vet we have ever used (and we have tried several). She is warm, caring, professional, and loves kitties. We have three cats and would not think of entrusting them to the care of anyone other than Dr. Bell. Where Dr. Bell goes, we will follow. She is Aces in our book!
