After being a customer for over fifteen years I wasn t even given a call after reporting my dissatisfaction of my billing explaination. The onsite manager was very nasty and dismissive. After that experience I selected another veterinary that appreciates loyal customers.

I highly recommend Dr. Haviland to anyone who is looking for a highly competent and compassionate vet. Her keen observation of my dog’s behavior led to a treatment plan that has improved the quality of his senior life. I trust her judgement because she has proven to be a good diagnostician and has a common sense approach to care plans.

I was told that my cat was due for a wellness check which I declined, but was on my bill( that I paid), since I did not see the bill until after I had paid. Not sure if the cat did get a wellness check? It did seem so since the Veterinary was thorough in checking my cat, so I did not pursue it. I am pleased with the treatment that my pet received.

Our appointment wasn t actually in the computer. Front desk got us in, we had a wait. But these things happen and we appreciated their help. Despite that little hiccup, we were very happy with your practice. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was wonderful. Appreciated the tour of the boarding facility also.

The front desk personnel have to spend too much time waiting for computers to work, to unfreeze, and to bring up files. This has been a continuing problem and causes a backlog of people waiting to be checked-in, checked-out. It must be stressful for the staff and it results in a lot of wasted time. Computer system should be upgraded so work faster and staff trained to work more efficiently.

I was a little taken aback by the total bill, perhaps a little more info regarding price before the procedure. It turns out that he needed all of what was done, so I was okay with paying the price for his health.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Anthony. He is wonderful with the pets. Vet tech was very nice.

I really like Centreville, and I think my pet is treated well. However, the pricing is a bit high; not everyone who lives in or near Greenville is rich. In addition, whenever I come in, the veterinarian tries to push expensive $1,000+ procedures on me, which I have never experienced at any other vet s office.

Didn t like having to pay 160 more or wait to have my injured pet seen for 5 hours, but experience and care was good after that
