Dr. Brockman was great with my vizsla Tucker and took so much time to explain everything to me in detail. I really appreciated her and could tell she definitely cared about my pet.

We have been boarding our 3 labs at Windcrest for 10 years... but the intake process takes half an hour! It is a huge inconvenience. Try keeping 3 labs contained for 1/2 an hour in a care. Impossible. We love you guys, especially the kennel staff - but please please please accelerate your boarding process.

Always a good experience. Even the visiting doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough and offered great advice and caring concern for our pets!

Brought our dog in for a grooming and Danielle was awesome in taking care of her when I know she (Izzaboo) can be difficult.

Dr. Haviland is fantastic. She always explains everything so I can understand,responds to my concerns and exhibits genuine concern for my two fury buddies. Thank you, Dr. Haviland!

It was a very nice experience.

Only complain was a 30+ minute wait while Doc finished with prior client. It would have been nice if I was given some indication of the expected delay, and/or an apology for the delay. I got neither.

The staff was superb. Dr Brockman, who operated on Greta, was kind, compassionate, extemely intelligent and very willing to take the time to discuss all concerns my husband and I had. I am grateful that a quality hospital like Windcrest exists!

Dr. Stoltzfus is the best vet we ever had. She is the bomb!

Brought Sophie in for sneezing and not eating but seemed the teeth became primary focus and after surgery when we picked her up was told she seemed to have a slight discharge coming from nose and sneezing and to watch this if worsens. That caused some confusing as to why it wasn t addressed initially.Overall happy the teeth were extracted that caused the problems and the Dr.working with us to resolve this. I m thankfully for the kindness everyone showed.

Thanks so much for seeing my Summer! I think the emergency need was more for me than for her - I was afraid it was a heart related problem - and appreciate being able to have had Summer seen as soon as possible. Thanks to Dr. Louis and the great tech who took care of us.

Not being told about the respiratory dogs being present until all the paperwork was completed was not good. Then telling me those dogs are in the side area wasn t convincing since its airborne. Then responding to my point that since it takes 2 weeks for bordetella to kick in (their words) and therefore shouldn t allow dogs in until proof of 2 week old shot, that that doesn t work since some people need to board their dogs before 2 week period, is a very weak response.

The staff and Doctors are always helpful and attentive.
