Dr Mitchell was the best… as usual!!!

Having to pay an excessive fee for an estimate that is very high is true money grab.

I was told my dog needed rabbis vaccine to be bathed. $506 later i found out my dog was given four vaccines, and $181 worth of meds I never asked for or needed. I buy her heart worm and flea/tick elsewhere due to prices. I would have consented to rabbis and distemper and taken my dog home and bathed her there and saved $300. When I mentioned this to the polite and kind young woman who was ringing me up another woman, middle aged with a blonde ponytail with pink in it interrupted and was incredibly rude to me. I had to tell her to please stop talking to me as I did jot want or need to speak to her. She is the main reason I will never be back. The other is the lack of communication and steamrolling costly shots/meds. My friends and family who ho to Windcrest were shocked and then told me they have had similar experiences - things have changed the last three years and not for the better.

Dr. Anthony is wonderful. I have never met another vet who was so patient and kind.

Loved this place, they were super helpful for my chinchilla.

The PT staff was wonderful during our initial consultation and exercise. They were very professional and communicated what they were doing and why very clearly. The time we spent there was very valuable and helped me better how I can work with my dog at home to maximize her recovery. I am highly satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Windcrest Animal Hospital to friends and family!

WILL NEVER GO ELSEWHERE. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ALL STAFF AT WINDCREST! I M A NEUROTIC CAT MOM! THEY WERE KIND TO MY BABY AND ME! IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO BETTER CLINIC THAN WINDCREST!

We have been with Windcrest/Hockessin Vet for over 25 years through several dogs. We love them!

I have always been pleased with the care my pet has received. I would suggest that a good room deodorizer or cleaning would make the building a more pleasant place to visit. You are immediately met by a distasteful smell upon entering the lobby.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Julian spent a generous amount of time with me and Moose, explaining in detail Moose’s health issues. X-rays were available for review during our appointment. Would highly recommend this practice!

Emma was seen by a Vet Emergency unit. She was misdiagnosed and Not given any appropriate medication for her respiratory Ay Graylyn Crest she was diagnosed appropriately , placed an a cough medication and a antibiotic to treat her pneumonia. Her X-ray & medical notes were also ordered by Dr G at Graylyn Crest

Rehab care for my 2 labs has been outstanding. Always eager to understand changes in dogs behaviors and incorporate appropriately for therapy and at home guidance. Have gone above and beyond in assisting me in dealing with significant challenges as they arise. Outstanding rehab therapy team!

Dr Drummond is amazing. I have no words to express how grateful I am for her taking care of my Bugsy. And the assistant is usually with her (the one with kind eyes) that always kisses him. They rock!
