Dr Julien was fantastic with my newly adopted senior blind pup! He had great suggestions for ongoing care and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My pup (Cecil) was a little nervous, but Dr Julien and the vet tech both had very calming presences around him and made the experience much less stressful!

I took my dog in through the ER and was so pleased with the care she received that I m switching back to Windcrest for routine care of both of my dogs.

Our young German Shepherd is a very difficult patient, and we really appreciate everyone s patience and kindness in working with him!

Invoice at the end shocked me alittle they should have explained the cost while suggesting things. Yes they suggest the best but the client needs to be cost informed so no surprises

I was able to get an emergency visit due to dog urinating blood. I appreciated the doctor’s assessment and recommendations for the potential Procedures that may be needed for further diagnosis to determine proper treatment

Doctor Hammil is the best!

The vet I worked with was excellent. He was thorough, calming, assuring, and exactly what I needed during my emergency visit. The receptionists, on the otherhand, were visibly and audibly annoyed with my unscheduled presence. They asked if I had an appointment, and when I told them that I was there for an emergency (since it says Animal Hospital on the building), they said, we re not thay kind of hospital and indicated that I likely wouldnt be seen. If reception was a standalone field in this survey, I would give it a one star review. Fortunately, since it s not an included field in this survey, I am more appropriately able to award the reception area with no stars.
