The cost of my spay & neuter together is $500 higher than the same procedures somewhere else. I was thrilled at the availability of the appointments. Every other vet in DE is scheduling two months out. I ll happily pay the higher $$$, only pointing out the difference.

I would like to see the Dr in a more professional attire. I thought the Dr looked slovenly( Dr Hamil) otherwise, I did like her . & noticed no hand washing before giving my pet an injection. Is that required?

All staff members that I spoke to of every position was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and kind. When I would come in for a visit or call, every employee I interacted with was happy to answer my questions. Couldn t be more thankful for the staff taking care of Scooter. Hopefully I will never have to make an emergency visit again, but if I do I will take her to Windcrest again. Thank you all for all that you did for her and continue to do for others.

Dr.Julian is one of the nicest Vet Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he explain everything as he did it, he was very gentle with my animal (Rabbit) an led us down the right path for a treatment plan. Thanks to him my rabbit will be feeling much better soon. An because of him I plan to bring my rabbit back. Thank you so much.

Thank you to the ER room and all the staff because they were super efficient. The front desk was very nice and helped us get in and out.

My pet has a large tumor that ruptured on her belly. The wound was to be looked at and recovered. The cover only lasted 4hrs. The previous visit the bandage lasted a couple days. I am just disappointed. Me and my wife took care of it ourselves.

Dr. Julian was the most knowledgeable vet I ve encountered. I also loved the passion he exuded for exotic animals. Definitely impressed and would come back again!

I Wait time was a little long but I undertsand that some earlier appts needed more mime time. A good effort was made to communicate with me about the wait. I appreciate the compassion and patience of Dr. Cassidy and tech Jaclyn.

Everything was excellent with a friendly staff and an really delightful vet (Dr Doroshuk). She was courteous and a joy for us to spend time in her company.

Thanks to Dr. Garrick and the team at Graylyn Crest for taking such good care of our two new furballs. They are well on the way of getting over their respiratory infections.

I had to drive one hour and 15 minutes to the clinic just to make an appointment. I could not get through on the phone to make an appointment. I had held on the phone for over 15 minutes two times (30 minutes total) and never could get through.

Dr. Drummond is so great with Gracie !

The staff are courteous and Starshine is an elderly bird and was treated with care by the staff and vet.
