The survey is forcing a 5 star rating review, which is ridiculous and not accurate! More like a 1 or 2 star review! The waiting time once in the treatment room was very inconvenient. Myself being on time, and then having to wait in the treatment room for almost and hour, when the clinic was not busy at all, is ridiculous. The patient s time is very valuable. I could hear people through the treatment back door to room laughing and taking a break while I m waiting in the room with my pet well beyond a reasonable amount of time. Pricing for the office visit and procedures are MUCH higher than all of the other local vets industry norm. This should be adjust down to be competitive with other local vets. This should be about the pet patient, not about increasing your revenue and margins. Felt like there was a consistent up-selling of procedures and tests.

I absolutely love Dr Anthony and all the staff. So much compassion and phenomenal doctor. My dog has many health issues and this is the first time in 4 years he has been thriving.

Everyone was so nice. My cats will definitely be back for wellness visits.

Staff is very caring. Dr. Anthony is good at explaining details and concerns. He shows compassion for animals.

Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the boarding. This was the second time my pup boarded for an extended stay and due to other unhealthy dogs in his proximity became ill with a vital infection. Also having to be isolated. What measures can you put in place moving forward to ensure dogs are not boarding that are walking through your door sick? What do you need to change? There is a apparent hole in your procedure that requires a modification. Will not refer boarding services for any extended stay.
