I find Graylyn Crest vets and techs to be very carrying and sensitive to our cat. Our cat likes the people at Graylyn Crest also.

Every member of the staff took excellent care of our pet.

Great place and very friendly staff

I was disappointed by Dr. Hammill. I have been a customer at this vet for a number of years and this was my first interaction with her. She barely spent any time with me and my pet. For the couple of minutes she was with me, she barely spoke to me and was condescending to me when I answered her questions about how I was caring for my pet. This was my last visit. I will be seeking a new vet.

Ive taken my dog frank to the practice since he was 10 weeks old. We had seen Dr Stoltzfus until she left. She knew he had an umbilical hernia prior to neutering him but didnt repair it. We learned later that it is common practice to repair it while the dog is being neutered and that it can potentially cause problems later on if its not prepared. I took frank in for a wellness visit on Friday and i asked the vet about it. She said she was surprised it wasnt fixed while he was neutered and recommended getting surgery to repair it before it causes problems. The est was a minimum of 1200.from what i understand if it was repaired during the neutering it only would have only cost about an additional 500. Im frustrated that it wasnt recommended by dr stoltzfus when he was neutered and will now cost us a minimum of 1200

In the medication you gave me, (Onsior) there are only 4 pills. Do you have that problem often. Can I get some more? It is very disapointing

My appointment was at 8:00 AM, I arrived at 8:02AM. It took time to be bright into a room that they had to get ready even though I was the first appointment of the day. From the time I arrived it took 45 minutes before the vet came in to do the wellness visit. The vet called my male cat a she, I corrected him and he continued to still call my male cat a she instead of he. I am not going back there. The customer service was awful. No one should have to wait 45 minutes for a first of day appointment. Very disappointed

Longtime clients should be able to book boarding if they have a wellness visit on the books for their pets. You stopped doing shots during boarding and now added this extra restriction. Being able to board our dogs is a main reason we use Windcrest.

We were there about a week or so ago. DX: fleas. Prescribed Bravecto. Nothing said about possible side effects and what to do if our cat had them. After applying Bravecto, our cat reacted badly, significant salivation, listless, not eating or drinking. Read where the salivating was a side effect so we waited 3 days, but he was not getting better. Had to go to Urgent Care vet :( $500+ later, he s better (thankfully).

It seems as though every time I am there I am a new client and Smalls history isn’t know. Also, there are varying prices for same procedure. It has ranged from $180-$320, makes no sense and I won’t be back again!

Doctor Anthony and his staff were wonderful even though our ornery little Guinea pig was not so nice. We are just so glad to have found our vet for our critters
