DrMitchell & her staff are patient, caring, & thorough even when the pet is uncooperative. They were literally on the floor to get the exam & nail trim done.

I m very disappointed that Windcrest changed its policy to require a vet visit for updated shots ahead of boarding. It appears to be a blatant money grab since it used to be that shots could be given during boarding by a technician.

I would like to suggest that Windcrest re-examine the increase in price. My visit for my birds annual physical, wing and nail trim was significantly more expensive than last year. It is also significantly more expensive that other vets in the area that offer services for birds. After my appointment, I priced-checked the same services with two nearby clinics and discovered that I could save $180-$250 if I go elsewhere. Please lower your prices.

There are no Tuesday hours at Graylyn crest. I work every day of the week except Tuesday and not being able to bring my cat in that day makes it a little more difficult for me to have her seen. I have to send my father as a surrogate. Otherwise I have always been very happy with graylyns level of care and service, especially Dr. Garrick.

Dr. A added an appointment on the spot to make sure Tristan got his implant too and clearly explained the mechanics of these implants where my previous vet believed in sharing as little information as possible with clients. You are all worth the hour drive!

Dr Drumand is so nice and smart!! She really took her time to care for my Toby and thankfully he is feeling much better. The veterinary assistant was also great !! Unfortunately I forgot her name. From the time I called until the completion of the visit I can truly say that everyone was knowledgeable and great!! Thank you all so much!!

I was sick so my daughter brought Lacy to see Dr. Anthony. However, I was pleased with everything she relayed to me about the visit. Dr. Anthony is the best!

First, I love your long weekday hours, and the fact that you have long Saturday hours, as well as a 24-7 emergency room. I often work long hours during the work week, so those are very convenient. Also, I love how you submit insurance paperwork for us.

The last few times I have come for an appointment I have waited an hour to be seen. For the amount I pay in services the service needs to be quicker. The parking lot was empty on both occasions.
