Dr. Garrett and the 2 vet techs took care of my elderly, anxious cat with care and kindness. Very pleased with the visit and information received on food and meds.

This was my first appointment and I’m very happy to have found this vet. Dr. Mitchell and vet tech Brooke were so friendly and helpful, especially considering I was the last appointment on what was probably a long day. Looking forward to continuing to bring my dog here for her care!

Had an overall good experience vet and tech were welcoming. Dental cleanings have always been overpriced $440 at other local vet with identical itemized invoices vs $2300 at wind crest.

I have worked in the veterinary field for the past 30 yrs, I didn t want to chance the 30 minute drive to my work to have Bella treated so I called Grayln Crest hospital and was seen asap. From the phone call to the visit with the doctor and the team they are amazing! We are in different times scheduling same day appts but I was able to get seen right away and Bella was treated spot on for her allergic reaction. Thank you again!!

Just wondering why nail clipping for feline are no longer part of a wellness exam at no charge or at least at a lower fee.

I have been working with finance the last month on a discrepancy on my bill. I thought it had been taken care of, however, when I went in last week I was still charged for that amount. Nothing on the bill was explained to me, and I paid the amount before realizing that. When I saw the charge, I went back in for her to adjust it. Since she was not aware of the charge in dispute I was told I still owed the amount. Eventually after checking the system she adjusted my bill. After that, I went to Graylyn Crest to pick up medication. I was again being charged for that amount. This time I only paid for my prescription. I have been working with Christopher to correct the charge in dispute. Wait times are long. When I make an appointment, I m on time. I do not expect to wait 15 minutes to be seen. This is unacceptable because this is my time that is being wasted. After 10 minutes I ask the receptionist how much longer. The first time they asked me if anyone came out to bring me back to an exam room?!? Monica is great. My animals have been going to Graylyn for years. After Dr. Wilkerson left, Dr. Garrick was very dismissive of my dog who passed in April due to the fact he referred me to a specialist who diagnosed her with cancer. This could have easily been done at Graylyn. It only required an ultrasound. I will never take my dog to him. We do take our cats. The price for a wellness visit has increased twice over that last two years. I am currently looking for a new practice which is a shame because I ve been with you for so long. We just can t afford $86 for a wellness visit plus everything else that goes along with it. I will probably keep seeing Monica for my dog. I know this is long, and I appreciate the time you will take reading this.

We didn t need to see a vet for this visit because it was for a nail trim and a Cytopoint shot. It was lovely. Usually we get shut up in a room for an eternity. Visits to Windcrest are brutal nightmares, especially when you have a dog who will be 12 in January.

I was very pleased with the staff at Windcrest. There was very little wait time on the Friday evening when we brought in our pet. Dr Dawkins was very thorough and explained his thoughts and the plan of action very well. The staff was very pleasant and supportive. They were very appropriate in their handling of Peaches. She is a sensitive little girl. The staff was very encouraging and gentle with her. Peaches was made much more comfortable after treatment by Windcrest. Thank you.
