I stool sample was collected just because our animal happened to go during the visit. I had not asked for one and they didn’t ask if I wanted one done. I then was charged for it. I would have liked the opportunity to decide if that was something we needed before it was done.

The staff was great! With all of the ER vets being so overwhelmed it was nice to see that the staff is still very kind.

I have dealt with Dr Cassady on more then one occasion… I am not impressed … as I am sure she is an excellent doctor …her people skills are highly lacking aka bedside manner .. I will do my best in the future to avoid scheduling appointments with her.

I was presented with an invoice of $85 for the visit and ~ $25 for a medicine. I had prepaid $93 for the visit per scheduler request. At the end I was told that I will pay the balance but still I was asked to pay the $25 . My understanding is that I should pay the $25 -($93-$85) and not the $93 + $25. It is not so much of a difference but being my first time that I visited you ,and thinking about going forward with maybe much larger invoices , I would feel better if I knew that the invoice procedures are clear and transparent. Thanks

We saw Dr. Kate and Jessica to discuss how we can help our dog Wally avoid future acute episodes of back issues. They spent over an hour with us, assessing his deficits and showing us various exercises we could do to help him. They were very patient with us and with him (and seemed to enjoy him a lot). It was not only informative, it was very pleasant. (As far as being easy to be seen, we had scheduling conflicts that made it harder to match up schedules. It was not an issue with Windcrest or Dr. Kate per se.)

Abbey was very happy with her visit to see the doctor.

I am thankful for the staff at Graylyn Crest. They validate your concerns and give you realistic recommendations that you can implement without hesitation.

We were quite concerned when the technicians were trying to clip Archie s nails for us. I think it would be better to have someone really experienced clip cat s nails. The cat was restrained already and then the technicians discovered they didn t have the clippers in the room. They had to go find a pair in another room. As it is, Archie has his nails clipped on three paws, but not the 4th paw. I think someone like Kim, who is experienced, should cliHe was howling.p nails. The other two young ladies perhaps need more training or more supervision. The cat was very paniced. I think the girls didn t want to ask for more experienced help. It was upsetting for us as owners as well as for the cat. I can give you the names of the 2 girls if you need names. They should have asked for more experienced help. Dr, Demarco was great. Kim was so pleasant and sprayed a cloth with a pherenome spray when she came into the room and saw how Archie was breathing so hard.
