Like your appointment app, this review doesn t work either. It is frozen. I assume that you are paying a good amount of money for the package. It leaves a lot to be desired.

We were grateful to Graylyn Crest for fitting us into the Saturday morning schedule and seeing our sick dog on short notice. Tyra was warm and reassuring and Dr. Garrick inspired confidence. What he prescribed resolved our little dog s issues and she is doing great. Thank you!

The staff who assisted me seemed a bit put off. I also sent a follow-up email regarding some medication questions and did not receive a response until four days later.

A hello or good afternoon goes a long way. Being hit with Is this insert dog s name here ? before you even get through the door is a little aggressive. Then to be spoken to (after he coughs a bunch) with, is he going to throw up? with a judgmental voice as I then have to explain that no, he has a hacking cough. It s literally in the notes of why we are here. No response...she just walked away. That was unnecessary and also, judgmental. Then to be taken back to the office and left there with no explanation of the doctor will be in soon or hope your pup feels better was cold. When the vet tech and dr actually came in, it was a MUCH more pleasant experience, but the people you have working the front desk need some training with how to greet and talk to people and their pets. I would hope this is not the norm, but felt the need to say it as I was about to just walk out.

Your vets are amazing. I drive an hour from PA to see Dr. Anthony and Dr. Hammill.

While it as initially difficult to get through on the phone, I walked in to the hospital asking if they would take a new dog for grooming and they were terrific. Also, the groomer was so kind to my older dog and did a beautiful job on Mollie (the dog). She also took extra care as my dog is older and needs extra care.

The team at Centreville is simply the best.

Dr. Bell and the technicians at Centreville Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. I had to recently have my 3-1/2 year old kitty unexpectedly put to sleep, and the staff was so compassionate and sympathetic during a very difficult time.

Excellent service and wonderful care of my puppy. Everyone was extremely understanding and calming in a stressful situation.

While I really like the people and the service, I simply can not afford your prices. I also don’t like being told that Meds bought anywhere other than Windcrest would probably be “fake” simply because I can get them for half the price of what Windcrest wants to charge me
