I Was quite amazed with the service and the professionalism of the staff

It took a very long time to check out after we had discussed a course of action.

I have a very difficult dog, and I really appreciate how understanding and positive the doctor and technician were. They kept an upbeat attitude through the whole visit, as well as being attentive to my dog s needs. I could not have asked for a better team to work with my dog!

Dr. Anthony and his staff are excellent. Many years ago, my husband and I inherited a 6 year old schaunzer, and that was the start of our relationship with SCHAUNZERS and Dr. Anthony. Both of us were taken with Dr. Anthony, he’s kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel so lucky to have my dog cared for by Dr. Anthony. Thank you, Dorothy

I was recommended by my daughter-in law the first-time last year. The docs did a wonderful job treating my dog Atlas. Again, this year he needed to be seen in ER, the wait time was short, the staff was friendly, professional did a great job communicating with us. The Vet tech Alex and Dr. Snyder did a wonderful job with Atlas.

Thank you all so much for your help with our baby! We did not have to wait long at all, even though the staff was honest about the 2-4 hour wait time, we did not wait at all! We felt like a priority, the staff was amazing and friendly, to us and our fur baby! The building was also extremely clean, we heard the vacuum run more than once during our visit. A+++++! I would highly recommend!!

Second time I was not called when prescription refill was ready for pick up.

You guys are the best. Clooney can be a handful and he is always taken well care of. Dr. Stoltzfus and her staff are the best. Feel bad you are so short staffed. Hopefully things will improve. You work sooo hard and am sure you are exhausted at times. Hang in there

I was very happy with the service we received for our cat. My only complaint was that I found the exam room to be rather dirty, with gloves from the last patient on the counter top, used tongue depressors on the counter, used needles (which I found to be particularly disturbing) and used paper towels in the sink. This was unacceptable and made my question the care we were receiving

great communication, friendly staff and doctors.

Louie (8.5 year old Beagle) has been well taking care of since he was a puppy at the Graylyn Crest office.

Good experience with the staff at a difficult time, juggling multiple things that day in addition to a pet emergency and they were very understanding.

Danielle Chance is a fantastic groomer. It s completely impossible to get through on the phone to make or change an appointment.
