The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. And, Dr DeMarco is the best.

Only complaint is the time it takes to reach someone on the phone, otherwise they were able to get me in quickly, were friendly and explained everything and followed up by email which I appreciate.

I was seen both here and at Windcrest in Wilmington. This location in Hockessin is by far the better hospital both in the way I and my pet were treated.

Only less than 5 star rating for waiting time was because it was on the holiday (July 4th.). Otherwise, the experience was very good.

Dr. Anthony and Melissa were both very caring, took the time my dog needed and spent time answering all of my questions. Dr. Anthony also educated me as he examined Susan s reflexes.Both Melissa and Dr. Anthony treated my pet with love and respect. They took the time to talk with me about her weight, the vaccines she needed and even looked ahead to see what Susan would need into August. I really appreciate this. I have been with Hockessin Animal Hospital for over 25 years and I highly recommend Dr. Anthony and Dr. Mitchell Veterinarians to my friends and family.

We are very pleased with Windcrest and will miss you all dearly when we move in Oct. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl !!

my only complaint is that a call was made prior to our arrival to let the staff know it was an emergency. We waited way too long at the back door.

I loved the staff and the information was clearly explained to me and my wife who know nothing of the canine anatomy. The wait time was a little long as I thought my dog was dying. Turns out he was fine which I’m sure they knew before me.

Busy night, so the wait was understandable. Not regular clients of Windcrest, but we chose Wincrest over Blue Pearl for this emergency visit, even though BP is much closer. The staff was attentive and understanding, all areas were covered to make an accurate diagnosis, and the treatment was effective and successful. Thanks again for the great care and treatment of Miss Sparkle. JoeS

I was definitely taken advantage of during my visit at Windcrest. I went in with an emergency injury…after doing sedation and x-rays they tell me that they don’t have someone that can perform the procedure to fix my dogs injury. What kind of institution charges someone to then let them know oh by the way we don’t have a surgeon here? I feel as though they should have been said from the get-go so I could’ve made the decision to go elsewhere were all services could’ve been performed and not paid twice for ER visits.

Very happy with Hockessin and Dr Anthony. He is awesome. Dr Mitchell has also been wonderful with our pets. Thank you.

Dr. Julian was great and I felt like he really cared about my rat!

Loved Dr Stoltzfutz. She added a med that should have been given the first time we were in! She took time to calm my dog and be friendly with him. Techs were great too. Wait times very long including while in appt itself.
