I called Hockessin Animal hospital phone number for boarding. There was no indication that the boarding is done at Windcrest at not Hockessin. Even when I got in contact with someone to book. I went to the wrong location. You need to make a distinction of who and where you are being connected if you are using a network like this.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! We love it there!

Sammie came in pretty matted and Gina did a great job with him. However, I was surprised by the bill. I don t recall every paying over $100 for grooming services. Thank goodness I don t bring him in that often or I would need to look for another grooming service.

Way more expensive than other area vets

Dr. Anthony is the best vet ever! He has taken great care of my Lacy and Frankie. His staff is professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hockessin Animal to anyone needing vet care. You guys rock!!!

Great 1st time visit, everyone was very friendly and we were able to get in early too. We have a mini Pig named Percy and they were able to accommodate him. Dr. Julian and his staff were excellent, they were familiar with mini Pigs and knew what they were in for :) We look forward to coming back!

We had a long waiting time because there was a cat and their owner that needed to have a lot of attention at that time. If we were in the same situation, we would have wanted that same attention given to our pet and our need to learn how to help them. This is one of the many things I appreciate about Dr. Bell and her staff--they will do whatever is needed to take care and help all in need, no matter how long it takes. They make it clear that you and your pet(s) matter.

One medication we rec’d had incorrect dosage amount on it. I only realized this because the qty of pills was not nearly enough for the course of treatment. When I called for clarification there had been a medication error with the instructions doubling the dose from one tab twice a day to two tabs twice a day. I was glad I realized so quickly there was an issue and had this corrected.

Dr. Anthony did a great exam on all three.of our house rabbits. Identified areas of concern and explained treatment options thoroughly. We need a high level of trust between us and our vet. They met our expectations. “The bunnies will keep them!”

Make lab/test results available online. Make senior discount availability clearer and more transparent, PRIOR to making payment.

Wait time was reasonable considering other patients had more serious problems than our pet.
