Dr. Bell provides superior patient care compared to any other vet our dog has ever seen. She sets a very high bar for clinical excellence. Windcrest/Centerville along with all of her patients are very fortunate for her compassionate care.

Emergencies are hard to handle, from the pet owner side. These folks carefully explained what they saw, what they thought and what they recommended. This was done in a timely manner. Follow up after surgery by the doctor and staff was exceptional.

I appreciated, on a busy Saturday morning, with a lobby full of dogs checking in for boarding, that the admin staff, called back to the medical area, got a room, led me behind the counter, so my cat did not have to walk through the dogs, and got us to a quieter, and less scary place for my animal. I was seen fairly quickly, the Vet Tech was extremely kind, professional, and despite the pressure of a growling kitty, with the help of a good restrainer of course, was able to quickly draw blood, making that experience as painless as possible for my pet as well. Dr. Nami was kind as usual, and knowledgeable, and conscious of limiting the stress for my pet. I also want to point out that for the first time in my experience there, classical music was playing in the treatment room! This was not only pleasant for my animal, but his human (me) too!! It is very stressful to come to the vet, sense everyone else s stress, and it really helped us both to have that added bit sensory calm. Thank you

I am a 33year veteran veterinarian. I own my own practice and I am well aware of the short comings related to triage and time management. I called the clinic prior to my leaving my home and I called 30 minutes later when I arrived -so the staff was aware of my arrival. I then had a 2hour and 15 minute wait in my car - which I didn t mind (triage and limited staff etc. ) but when someone finally came to see why I was hanging by the door they seemed surprised to see me and my dog there. I know the problem -the phone number was incorrectly written down. But still the staff knew what vehicle I was in. Perhaps confirming a telephone number could be considered. I was not happy with being informed that the heart worm test is now mandatory at $90ish dollars. I have done some research and have decided that we will have the test done, but other vets charge much less. Bandywine is $60 and Red Lion is $35.00. Now that it is mandatory I am curious if you would consider reducing the cost.

I receive text message reminders to schedule by calling 998.2995. When I call, your voice recording suggests I schedule on line. I schedule my 3 dogs for 9:20am; 9:40am and 10am via ON-LINE for your convenience, not mine. I was disappointed that my location was Wilmington and not Centerville and sent emails to request this change with no response. I sucked it up; didn t want to cause any issues. Arrive at the Wilmington location and announced my name and time of FIRST appointment (event though I was arriving with 3 pups) and was asked what are you here for? I responded jokingly we are here for breakfast . After a brief wait in the lobby, I waited in a room for 42 minutes. Listening to the person next store scream about how bloody the room was and that it was everywhere , listening to her clean it was not something I could bear. I left at 10:12 am. Not one of my pups were seen. Disappointing. You all seem to be too overwhelmed and your care is sparce from what I witness. Less time seems to go in to reviewing your records before the exams and you do it more on-the-spot and it just seems rushed. I would like to schedule Rocky, Nellie and Hickory at Centerville only. If that s not possible, no worries. I will find an alternative option. Thank you. Karen 302.993.1283

Initially had a very difficult time getting anyone at the call center to make my appointment. Finally someone answered the phone after three days of calling. Then my appointment was running a good thirty minutes behind. But I really like the staff here!! Raven gets treated very well!!! Thank you for your service!
