Dr Anthony is terrific!

I appreciate all you do. You care so much for the furry family members. Surgery is scheduled thank you for easing my mind for surgery, and being so thorough with care and making sure we fully understood everything.

June was great. Very caring and had awesome communication. The vet seemed pretty apathetic and didn’t seem to really give us much time. It was mostly June communicating about a lot of the visit. Loved how easy it was to be seen especially since I was being quoted 3-4 hours wait at blue pearl. I do appreciate the breakdown of cost before payment but seriously so expensive. How can anyone afford some of this care? Just a real shame to have to choose between medical care for your dog and thousands of dollars.

Thank you for the attention and loving care for Andy! We felt confident in the abilities of Dr. Dawkins and all of the staff we encountered. We felt like we were family. That’s not easy for a staff that is working on a Saturday night. We appreciate it more than you may know.

The staff is very warm and caring. I feel safe leaving my baby in their hands. They take the time to explain things and to answer any questions and they treat my baby as good as I do.

We had an emergency issue with our doggo. We were able to be there in 10 minutes. It was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Loved everyone we saw. The pricing wasn t horrible... Except the 65$ for the nail cutting. Would not recommend that... Most places are 10-15$... It was a shock. But... I would def come back.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The care was excellent and we were well informed on how to take care of LJ.

The tech was great, but the doctor not so much. I am sure he was overwhelmed by the volume that day and rather than diagnose and treat he elected to admit so others could probably do the work. consequently, it was a substantial bill. I had just had my dog there and a wonderful vet did the essentially same workup, diagnosed the dog and sent us home with medication for half the price

I found my visit quite expensive.

You need to change the online scheduler for all locations to prevent people from scheduling an appointment for an exotic pet at a time/location if a vet who specializes in exotics is not available at that time/location. Only having this information on the home page is not sufficient, particularly since the Schedule button takes you to a different site. If your I/T vendor will not accommodate this, it s time to get a new vendor. When your returning customers are scheduling an urgent or emergency appointment, stop making it harder for them to get the correct information from the scheduling page.

Deepest heart felt thank you to the entire staff. I really felt comfortable when I left with my pet.I felt that I received complete information on options available to treat her. Also I wasn’t rushed into making a a very difficult decision. Treatment vs $ Treatment won, and she isn’t 100 percent but is doing so much better! We are doing slow & steady!

From start to finish it was all good although a little slow once in the exam room. All personnel were very pleasant, kind and informative.

I felt like I was overcharged because of my emotional state. Also I was very confused and stressed out the first day because I didn’t understand how the billing worked. I had to run all the way to my bank to get them to lift how much I could spend in one day . Worst part is they called me to tell me my card was decline right as my bank was close to closing . If my bank was not not I would of been charged probably an extra 2500$ for overnight.
