My dogs had not ever been boarded. They made the process easy with simple instructions for everything our pups needed before their board. They gave me peace of mind and I knew my dogs were in great care.

The staff here are all top notch. They are knowledgeable and caring. We have had to deal with some serious health issues lately and have been so well cared for. Plus my dogs love to go to the vet!

Although I would never deny my dog a test the doctor says is necessary, $370ish dollars is outrageous for a urinalysis. I have had to have it done twice. I know they are needed and like I said I would never deny my dog what the doctor says needed, I feel some prices need to be evaluated.

It s rare to have a business call when they said they would call, be available when we called, understood our heartache with our dog being so sick, answered every question we had and anticipated questions we didn t know we had. We highly recommend Windcrest Animal Hospital. Hoping we don t need to use your facility on an emergency basis EVER again but it s comforting to know you are there. We plan to use you to board our dog whenever we travel. She ll get excellent care 24/7. Thank you.

They were so accommodating and I was quickly seen but I know ERs in general there are waits but it was a quick and easy process! Staff was enjoyable and kind!

Excellent service as always. Dr Anthony is great. We also had a great experience at the Centerville Hospital, which is connected with Hockessin.

I actually left Blue Pearl and headed to Windcrest. We had been waiting an hour with no urgency and they were not busy when we arrived. I even called ahead to see if they could take us and Blue Pearl said they were not busy. About 40 minutes into us waiting two critical cases came in. Thats when I called Windcrest and they told me they could see me right away. We left and headed to Windcrest. From the minute I arrived they were attentive and helped clean up Cooper s vomit. the doctor was very clear. Everyone I spoke to was caring and informative. We have all been very pleased with the care Cooper received.

the staff was really helpful and thorough. also gave suggestions as to how to help leash train our very energetic golden doodle puppy--who is the most stubborn of any dog we have ever had! luckily she s also very lovable.

Everyone is always so pleasant. You can tell how much they care. We were seen even a few minutes before our scheduled appointment time. Dr Stolzfus is an amazing clinician! She really knows her stuff.

What can I say? Dr Mitchell and Tara went above and beyond to make my Minnie comfortable and happy (treats always work!) during her exam! They both explained everything in great detail concerning Minnie’s health. I had no idea she had lost some teeth! Eeeek! I am a long time customer and will be for as long as I have kitties!??????
