Everything was great, as always!

I was so impressed with the friendliness and expertise of Dr. Dawkins. She treated my cat Lulu very gently and Dr. Dawkins delight at meeting Lulu for the first time was remarkable. Lori was very kind to Lulu, and very efficient. Both Lori and Dr. Dawkins have a very kind manner which helped to make Lulu relaxed.

My first visit and both my pet and I were nervous. It was nice to have them accept and understand our fears. Felt very comfortable in their care.

Dr Hamill and VT Breaanna were pleasant and very informative about what to expect during Pepper s wellness visit

The wait times were long but I’m sure that was because of limited staff and other high priority cases. The staff did an incredible job with the stitches my dog needed, it was a really difficult area to suture.

They were great and very understanding. They calmed me down as I was upset my dog was urinating blood. The staff was awesome. The hospital was clean and I was very happy with the service!

Why did it cost $100 plus dollars to look under a microscope for mites when I already paid for an office visit to be seen?

Other than the fact that the facility is ridiculously expensive,everything else was above and beyond a positive experience.

Prices do seem a little high next to the competition, but I understand emergency costs and was grateful the hospital was open and able to see an exotic. Staff was wonderful.

I needed emergency care on a Sunday, when my usual (and other close) animal hospitals were either closed or not accepting patients. When I called, I had the opportunity to provide all the information verbally, and care was taken to ensure I knew all relevant visit details as this was my first time at Windcrest. I didn t have to complete any admission paperwork, and didn t wait as long as the estimated time to triage (I confirmed my dog was stable at the time, or I m sure they would have expedited.) Throughout each stage from triage to being seen by the doctor, I was given a heads-up when I was next in line with a time estimate. Everyone I interacted with was very considerate to both my dog and me. My dog is older, and used the blanket she was offered to lie on while we waited. The facility is very nice and has clean restroom accommodations. I m grateful Windcrest was there to help my dog, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for veterinary care.

There was no curb side, so I don’t feel I can rate that. We had to wait for our appointments for our cats. I had asked at the desk and they said they knew we were there. It would have been nice to be offered to wait in a private room instead of in the main waiting room with barking dogs. The doctors were very apologetic for making us wait longer than normal

I cannot express enough how awesome Dr Mitchell was/is. We were terrified of what might be wrong with our dog and she was thorough, compassionate, and patient. We are switching to have her as our vet for all of our animals - she was that awesome.

It was my first time at the hospital, and it was a great experience.
