I understand triage. I also understand that some cases may be more important than mine but to sit in a waiting room for over 2 hours waiting to be seen with a doorbell in case I needed something was too much. I saw the Dr for 10 min and then waited again for almost an hour to get my meds and bill. I appreciate you having weekend emergency hours and that I could be seen but maybe more help in these circumstances should be thought about.

Some confusion as to when we should come inside. But was cleared up after about 10 minutes.

I came in on a night where windcrest was one of the only emergency clinics open. I watched and listened to shyanne do intake, answer phones, triage, keep the doctor moving, do my animals blood work, and help her staff mates tackle the other tasks that were at hand in the back. Despite it all, she was friendly, kind, comforting, professional, and calm. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for what they do, and appreciate them beyond words!

The doctor(Dr. Anthony) and staff focus first and foremost on the well-being of my pet.

Dr. Mitchell was very helpful and adjusted her schedule to accomodate my dog s badly cut leg / paw. She gave us excellent service. DPR

We brought our bunny Galaxy in for GI stasis 2 days ago - after receiving subQ fluids and continued medications he is all better, pooping and eating normally and back to his happy self. Thank you so much!! We are not from the area and had so much trouble finding a doctor that would agree to see a bunny, but you guys were excellent and super knowledgeable!
