I always have a great experience at Windcrest. Unfortunately, I wrote my appointment on Monday when it was actually set for Tuesday. Dr. Dawkins and the staff were incredibly gracious and made the time to see Freya. I m terribly embarrassed by my screw up and thankful that we were able to be accommodated (although I would have been perfectly fine coming back the next evening for my actual appointment). We ve been Windcrest clients for 20+ years and have never considered switching to another vet s office. Thank all of you for your hard work and friendly service. I brought in my cat for an emergency consult when my regular vet was not available. I was seen promptly and the staff I talked to on the phone were patient and clear. The vet dr and vet tech were very sweet handling my cat when we got in, even when he got assertive. They were clear in explaining diagnostic procedures, his diagnosis, and the cost. I am grateful for their medical magic; my boy was starting to feel better by the time we got home.
