Staff was super helpful from moment I called in for guidance to the point I left. Did not wait more than 10 min to be seen, care was prompt and staff kept me well informed. Would return and recommend their services to others.

This feedback is not on the recent vet visit. Approx 2 weeks ago I called in to discuss Almond Jennings prescription and the automated phone msg said that the wait time could be long due to COVID and staff shortages and that I could email my question instead. I emailed my question through the website and never received a response. I believe the website said emails would be responded to within 48 hrs.

Everyone was so pleasant and attentive and caring to my cat. Dr. Garrick handled my large cat with care and patience and was excellent in expaining everything to me.

I usually go to Talleyville but have found the staff cold and impatient. Here, at Centerville, it was completely different. The doctor and staff were wonderful and I felt welcomed. I had almost given up this practice and had been looking at other veterinarians, but Centerville will be my new location.

I feel that for grooming my dog did not need a flu shot!

My cat was sick and Dr.Cassidy fitted her into the schedule sooner than later.Sadly the news was not good and Dr. Cassidy very compassionately informed me. I took Milly home with me and returned two days later to end her suffering. Everyone was extremely kind and although it was heartbreaking it was comforting that everyone was so nice to her.

I have a nervous rescue dog and the staff were so understanding and patient with him. We got the services we needed. I am very pleased. I have been coming to Windcrest since 2005 and it never disappoints. Thank you!

When making the appointment, I told the scheduler that my dog needed Lyme vaccine, anal glands expressed, and nails trimmed. Was set up with a tech appointment. Upon arrival was told it would need to be with a physician, but they could fit me in 20 min after my appointment time. My dog has been a patient at this practice for over 9 years, and I have watched things go south over the past 3-4 years, definitely prior to covid. Staff turnover has been extreme. If my dog wasnt so old, I would be looking elsewhere - cost for most everything is ridiculous as well!!!

Thank you for everything and putting my mind at ease! I may have hidden it but I was truly worried about Waldo. You all made me feel so much better and I knew he was on the mend! Happy Holidays!

Windcrest is not only very clean and comfortable inside (seats are plenty, floor is spotless), the staff is personable and focused on caring for me and my fur baby’s. The front desk always keeps me up to date on my appointments, vet nurses are always smiling and knowledgeable on what’s going on, and the veterinarians answered all my questions. I work in healthcare and usually have more than a few questions, and the entire staff takes the time to answer all of my questions. We’ve used their ER services a few times and they’re amazing. Saturday 12/4 around 10pm. I wish I could remember the name of the vet tech who helped us. She was super friendly, dressed trendy and was wearing a RBG face mask. She was fantastic! She eased our concerns and my dog instantly fell in love with her. We felt great about the experience and the care we received from the vet tech and the vet. Overall a wonderful experience

Great vet hospital. Very knowledgeable staff and doctor. So glad they could see my pet sugar glider late at night and got him the help he needed.

Karen, the vet tech overnight was SO wonderful and helpful. She reassured me so many times during an incredibly stressful time when I was so worried about my cat. Ash, the receptionist, was also reassuring and helpful. Dr. Dawkins made a prompt diagnosis and took excellent care of Gritty. The discharge process was a little muddled and confusing, but overall this was as good of an experience as an emergency vet could be. Thank you for saving my buddy!
