We had to put our 16 1/2 year old dog to sleep on 10/4. The staff was amazing! Allowed us to say goodbye and be with Cabela for as long as we needed. Dr. Anthony was working that night and he was great. Dr. Mitchell is who Cabela saw most of her life (always made well visits and sick visits when possible with her) and she is fantastic!

We are grateful for the care you have given all of our critters over the years. Everyone on staff is kind, professional and efficient. Thank you

While it took a bit to be seen, I understand as there were a lot of emergencies.

THE AVIAN VETS ARE WONDERFUL BUT YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE OF THEM. I THINK DR. ANTHONY IS THE ONLY FULL-TIME AVIAN VET LEFT AT WINDCREST SO IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO GO TO EMERGENCY FOR PROBLEMS MY BIRDS HAVE HAD THAT ARE NOT EMERGENCIES

Technician was super friendly and kind Vet not so much

Only comment i can add is a reminder to the vets to wear PPE when touching any bodily fluid areas (ex the eyes) to prevent any further problems!

The staff at Graylyn are always very helpful and courteous, very friendly too.

We were so grateful for the staff that assisted us with our dog. We arrived very nervous and overwhelmed, they helped us calm down and took great care of our dog. They were great explaining her diagnosis, care instructions, and answered all our questions.

Windcrest s staff provides the best care anywhere!

The staff that took care of Awesome was very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I really appreciate that they were able to help with my pet when needed.

Stephanie is delightful. I feel very comfortable having her take Stella. Stella is always excited to great here, even when she knows she is on her way in for routine allergy shots.

I was disappointed that no one on staff could perform an ultrasound at the time of visit but otherwise happy with the staff and wait time

Danielle has been grooming my dogs for many years. She is a wonderful groomer, with outstanding care of pets.

This is our first time switching over to Windcrest! It was amazing service and felt like they listened to all of our concerns.

I would recommend this practice to anyone; the staff is always professional and the concern is focused on the animal. As a pet owner, it is comforting to know my pet will be treated kindly, examined thoroughly and any treatment plan advised is followed up on.
