Although our wait was long, we totally understood the need to triage and get to the more important pets first. The staff did a wonderful job in continuing to check in on us and let us know they would be coming. The entire staff was very friendly and took time to thoroughly explain everything to us.

Your staff was extremely courteous. My husband fell on your sidewalk and badly bloodied and brusied his knee. We were already anxious about our dog and your staff was extremely helpful. I asked for some bandages for my hubby and they were very accommodating. I was also extremely grateful that we could actually meet with the vet since I wasn t sure we would be able to because of Covid. Since we had to travel an hour and a half away we were also glad that we could use the facilities. Everyone was very concerned about hubby s knee and asked him if he was doing okay. I m also glad that Dr. Drummond consulted with other vets about what we should do about the growth on our dogs paw. I just wish you guys were closer cuz I m older and it s harder to drive, especially at night. Thanks for being there when we need to take care of our furbaby.

I don t think the kibbles prescribed (which I approved) are for small dogs like Mitzi who doesn t have many teeth. My other dog is so n a weight management kibble. Everything else was 5 star.
