My 20 year old kitty was better in days! The staff was informative and very kind.

This was the initial visit with a new adopted puppy. The staff were uniformly charming, courteous and extremely professional. The vet (Dr. Cheryl Bell was very attentive and thorough in her examination techniques and very informative. This was a excellent visit and we are committed to use this facility for all future needs.

Always a wonderful experience at Hockessin Animal Hospital. Cats are never easy at the vet, but your staff never fails to keep my cats as comfortable as possible. When I got them home, they were happy and completely non-stressed. It was like nothing had happened! Thank you so much!

Tippins was in for grooming and his Cytopoint injection. I was greeted promptly by the front desk staff and enjoyed our conversation while checking in. Gina greeted Tippins and I and he left for grooming. I enjoy the staff at Windcrest because of their friendliness and their loving attitude towards our two and four-legged children.

I was not afforded the senior citizens discount I M SURE IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT thank you

Dr. Mitchell was incredibly patient with my dog Luna, who was so nervous and hiding from her which made it difficult to be examined and vaccinated. She and her technician were finally able to calm her to get things done.

I called Blue Pearl and VRC and both were at capacity. VRC recommended Windcrest. I had no idea Windcrest was open for emergencies. Best hospital, best people. Everyone was so nice. And Pete is doing great.

We love Dr. Bell and her staff. She and her staff really take the time necessary with our fur babies and us.

Very accommodating in giving me an appointment in less than a day. Everyone is always very courteous and friendly.

The girl that came into the room before the doctor was not someone I would want to deal with again. She was very rude. This pandemic has put me in a financial strain. She commented about the rabies shot and how my cat carrier should be bigger. Hey girl, guess what. I rescued this cat so he wouldn t be put down. His food cost 75.00 a bag. I am forced to bring him in every year to get him his prescription. Sorry the rabies shot and the new bigger carrier aren t in the budget. At least the cat is taken care of.

Dr. Cassidy is a wonderful vet; she loves my Reenie, and Reenie loves her. I live 8 minute away from Hockessin Animal Hospital but I choose to drive 1/2 hr for Dr. Cassidy to see my dog!

Overall this was a positive experience. It s hard to locate an exotic vet for my bearded dragon and for Windcrest to have such quick availability is reassuring in case I ever have an urgent need.

They were great with Willie. Able to be there with him. Love the doctors and staff!!
