I couldn’t be happier with the care, time, attention and expertise that Windcrest Animal Hospital has given my family and especially to our special family member Poppi. Poppi has been well cared for, loved and treated so beautifully by your entire staff. Poppi has suffered an injury and has been in terrible pain. Thanks to Windcrest, Poppi is feeling much better and is being managed with the best veterinary care and follow up. I have been so impressed by how personal, caring and attentive my family has been treated during this pandemic. Even though there are so many new protocols that need to be followed during this time, we have never felt slighted or dismissed in anyway. If any thing, I feel your care and compassion has been heightened. Thank you Windcrest! ??

I wanted to thank you guys you treated Redd absolutely fabulous. The vet that I took him to before you guys was a horrible experience. They could not control him and said he was was going to be a danger to my other cat. And that made me afraid and scared that we were not going to be able to keep him. So when I brought him to you guys I was very afraid that the appointment was not going to go well. But you did such a great job taking care of him and confirm that he was just very afraid and was a very sweet cat. Right now he is getting a long very well with my other cat and my daughter is just so happy and I can t thank you guys enough!

I m from PA and the Vet visit is a little pricey compared. Wondering if you offer shot visits with a tech. If not I may do yearly shots with a clinic.

I understand the curbside service, but it makes the animals very anxious. It s hard when it is an emergency visit to send your pet in alone.

Everyone I spoke with treated me with compassion and understanding. Coming in to an Emergency situation, I was worried and tense. Dr. Dawkins and all the staff were clear about diagnostic protocols and I was kept informed in a timely manner. I felt my parrot was in very good hands and that gave me some peace.
