The staff at Graylyn Crest has gone above and beyond during this pandemic. They are very efficient and continue to give the best care to my pets. Dr. Wilkerson always takes the time to explain exactly what is going on, and offers Excellent suggestions on continuing care when problems arise. I feel extremely lucky to have this practice caring for my pets.

I think it s absolutely ridiculous that I wasn t able to go back with my dogs when I brought them in. There is no reason whatsoever of why people need to wait outside.

While I found the staff wonderful, I found their pricing to be extremely higher than most other vets in and around the General tru-state area which makes is likely that I will not use them as my regular vet

I drove 2 hours from my house to get help for my snake with an infection and we still don t know exactly what it is. We waited over 4 hours to even talk to the doctor, who I don t think specialized in exotics. They took another 2-3 hours to have another doctor who did know exotics to give a treatment plan. It then took another hour for the staff to get together medications and bill and bring our snake out. I spent over 8 hours sitting in the parking lot. When I gave the medications prescribed, the amounts were also off. Some syringes had more than the indicated amount on the label and some had less. It was not efficient and I will not be going back.

We waited a very long time! I was given a estimate to have my potbelly pig neutered of $950-1200, I ended up finding a farm vet that did the procedure for $100! I was shocked at the cost when I brought him that cost me $210, and I was charged an exotic pet fee I was unaware that a pig was an exotic pet!

I was so impressed by the thoroughness and care taken in the examination of our dog. The technician, Bre, was very friendly and professional when she came out to meet us and she listened to everything we had to say and we felt very reassured that she understood what our worries were. We were so grateful to Dr. Mitchell that she came outside and explained all her thoughts and ideas about Jenny’s treatment in person. So reassuring. Now if you all can just make Jenny want to go to the doctor...

I understand that the emergency clinic was extremely busy the day we came. But we waited for 4 hours curbside and I had to repeatedly call to find out the status of my pet. I was then told I could go home because I had been waiting so long. I drove for 2 miles and then got a call from the doctor who apologized that my pets labs had been put under other papers so we were essentially forgotten about. Each time I called, the person that answered the phone, while extremely friendly, really had no idea what was going on in the back. After the doctor told me they would bring my pet out, I waited another 10 min, then called to find out if I was supposed to come to the door or how I was to receive her. Again, the person didnt even know that my dog was supposed to be being brought out to me. It just seemed like on multiple occasions during my 4 hour wait that there was no communication between staff members. Overall, I am still grateful for my dog being seen that day after experience a likely seizure or stroke, but I believe the process could have been handled more smoothly.
