The service and care was wonderful. My complaint is that the cost was very high. I assume that this is due to being an emergency appointment and procedure.

Very efficient and safe procedures...but it didn t interfer with the cordiality of each person I interacted with on this date. Smiles, warmth, care radiated...patience too!

Due to Covid, I had been very hesitant to come in, but Bella was in a bad way and needed to be seen. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish and she is back to her old self! Thank you for assuring our safety and taking care of my little girl.

I was not happy that I could not go inside with my cat. I know that times are challenging, but masks should be enough.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We feel confident that Holly, our cat, is in good hands.

Pricing for boarding way too high and we have been at centreville vet but you don’t offer due to covid. Pricing of vaccinations off the charts as well as doctor visit higher than centeville vet. Way too expensive and will not recommend to anyone nor be back. Very disappointed.

Curbside was efficient and they came out for my dog right on time. The vet was very thorough and explained all the different options well. I had to call about a question about my account and the person on the phone was friendly and helpful.

The wait for our dog to be taken to his appointment was a little on the longish side, but everything else about the appointment was excellent. We do miss being able to be with our dog during his appointment and hope everything will be back to normal soon.

Amanda was very helpful with a late night emergency and the doctor took the time to explain what needed to be done. Fortunately Arquat Maggie is doing well

As usual both Dr. Anthony and Amy were both very friendly, thorough and helpful!

Dr. Cassidy was awesome! The vet tech who came out to get him, remembered my fur buddy from his overweight days and winning Biggest Loser! I was so impressed!

Just super busy during ER times. Seems like more than one vet needed. Also one person at a time masked should be permitted in as at regular vets. But I understand these are tough times. I do hate any vet places where animals are taken out of view of owner This increases their stress immensely.

Every thing else was fine.
