Everything was great. The team is very clearly making the best of these difficult times and making the new processes as quick and easy as possible while still providing excellent care. We could not have asked for better service, especially as a new patient!! Everyone went above and beyond to help our sick little pup and at a very reasonable price! Our appt was at 7:00 and the staff, including Dr. Bell, stayed until after 9:30 to make sure everything was taken care of. Even though we are 40 mins away, we will continue to make the drive - more than worth it! Thanks!!

I really appreciated the ease in getting an emergency appt for my puppy. The ER doc was very informative over the phone. Although we’re not regular patients of your practice, I have a peace of mind knowing you are near my house and I can rely on your services and possibly boarding.

The only reason I rated the first question as a 3 was because I had to wait a week before I could get in to see Dr. Stoltzfus. I had hoped to be able to see her sooner! And of course the last question is N/A because I wasn t allowed into the office.

Of course we had to stay in parking lot as per cvirus guidelibes si cleanliness of office is not relevant. Didnt you know that? The star arrangement is weird. They arriced filled in. Are we supposed to “un-color” them? Windcrest remains expensive compared to other hospitals BUT has wonderful staff. i assume the equipment also matches the extremely high level of excellence of Dr Namey, ad well as the very fine support staff so that is bearable, eh?

This was our first visit (and during the pandemic, it is probably difficult to rate as I would if I were in the office). Staff (Danielle) in person and Shannon via email and telephone were extremely helpful and kind. The Doctor was thorough in her examination of Ernesto and in her explanations to us over the phone. It was very busy so my dog was taken back 25 minutes after my appointment. I understand the problem but would have appreciated being told of the delay. The very nice tech who saw my dog said I should have been told when I was checked in. That would have helped my patience!

I don t have any comment all I know I love windcrest cuz of them I still have my animals I love very much and ain t been nothing but good to them and me.God bless for what you do and I mean that from every Anointing of my body and life

Wait time was long but there was an emergency when we arrived so we had to wait beyond our appointment time to be seen. I can t judge how much time the provider spent or the facilities since we can not go into the office due to COVID-19.

This was my first visit. I was given a same day appointment even though I was not a regular customer I was treated professionally and with a friendly attitude and most importantly, my dog Chessie, seemed relaxed and comfortable with the assistants. I am very pleased with the service and recommendations from Dr Wilkerson.
