Had to take my Rudy in for an emergency. They were completely amazing! Cheyenne was in contact with us multiple times and we really do appreciate the hard work she and the rest of the staff provide. I have never had a bad experience with Windcrest!

Can’t really rate the facilities since we can’t go in. But I had to wait over 30 minutes with a dog with a huge bleeding wound in my car for an emergency. When I called after waiting 30 minutes to ask if they could at least look at her and properly triage, I was told “the doctor is busy with other emergencies and I need to do my checks. We will be out when we can.” Other than that, the visit was alright. Luckily I know enough first aid to keep a dog calm and a wound mostly stable.

We had an unfortunate experience due to a very aniexty dog ours. It was unfortunate for all that we had to muzzle her. However when taking off the muzzle her eye was scratch Ed. The vet and tech handled professionally. Every one was able to relax when the treatment was completed. The vet suggested to give her a setivite when we have to come in for an eye check. This was my first meeting with the vet. She was very calm, however her emotions were just as if it was her pet. The situation was handled well. Thank you. Dolores Shores..Mommy to Cherry Shires

There is some difficulty completing the star portion of the survey. The info we gave over the phone about our one cat may not have reached Dr. Hamill. We stated our problems when we called to make the appt. but I don t think the notes reached her. I know these are overworked times so i m not upset. We received excellent service for both cats. Thank you.

This was the first time I have not been able to go inside with my pet, but I truly understand the procedure is handled in this fashion due to the pandemic to keep us all as safe as possible. Dr. Anthony is very professional, kind and always shares the exam results well so that we can be better caregivers . His assistant, Shania, did a very nice job as well. Many thanks to both of them for making me feel that Petey was in good hands.

My visit was made as personal as possible despite my having to wait in the parking lot while my dogs had their appointments, due to COVID protocols. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the treatments that were being performed. I was very pleased with the entire process.

the entire experience was terrible and I will not be bringing either of by dogs there for grooming. The price I was quoted on the phone was $85 and when services were rendered it was $242. No one ever called to explain the increase in charges. I was told the tech was going to do the Bordello shot, instead received a charge of $79 for a vet exam. The dog didn t need an exam. If I had known this, I would have chosen not to have the dog groomed. Don t understand since last time I brought the dog there it was $85. This time $242. When I called to speak with someone, I was told sorry the tech did not explain things properly. Really? Guess it wasn t their money.

I would like to thank your staff for fitting my bird Nigel in so quickly and easing my mind. I couldn t sleep with worry for 2 days and after leaving reassured he d be ok I was finally able to sleep. Nigel is since doing 80% better. I look forward to a long HEALTHY relationship with your vets!!

I really love my pets, but the prices for their care are REALLY expensive. I have to forgo many things because they are just too costly (like a basic stool sample exam).
