The curbside pickup actually took stress from my pet and me! Not sitting in the waiting area and hearing/smelling other animals, kept us both calm. Thank you for all you are doing to keep us and our furry family members safe!

Our visit was an emergency visit and everything was perfect except for the 15 minute wait outside before anyone came to get our Pup. When I called to let them know we were there I was informed “they” were working with another patient. My dogs condition did not appear to be life threatening at the time but as a very nervous pet mom that time was nerve wracking, though I understand why it happened. Doctor Kern was very thorough on the phone, and June was amazing at keeping in touch and provided many updates. The care was top notch. Thank you.

I was really surprised at how cheap it cost to have my hamster examined. Since he is not your traditional pet I was expecting it to cost a lot more but was pleasantly surprised at my bill. And I am thankful that he was treated like a companion animal unlike some people that act like he is not. It meant a lot to me. I will definitely come back if I have any other issues with him.

I brought my dog in to get the necessary shots for boarding and was told by Windcrest that it would be cheaper at my local vet. They made the appointment for me and I thought I was bringing my dog in for just those shots not a complete senior profile. $515. Dollars later I found I was wrong. I have to admit I felt a bit duped. If I had been with my dog we could have discussed what I felt was necessary or affordable. I appreciate the curbside service but in this instance it didn’t serve me well. I have been coming to this office for years, through different generations of dogs but this visit made me feel as if you took advantage of the situation.

Process used by Windcrest to promote safety and care was very effective. Thank you!
