Everyone is so nice, professional. Plus they display a true caring for your puppy/dog.

Didn’t go into the building because of the pandemic. I thought the whole process, pull up, call, they come out and get your animal was really great . And the Dr came out twice to talk to me. Great job !!!!!!!

I can t imagine entrusting my pet to any doctor beside Dr. Anthony. he is patient, caring, informative and kind. I feel so blessed that we found him and this facility. All the staff makes you feel that your pet is important.

Due to the pandemic, we were provided with curbside service for our cat s visit .

Outstanding practice. The best experience I’ve had in DE or MD in 20 years. Dr. Sevay was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, & helped make a stressful situation less so. I greatly appreciate my follow-up call from Kristen. The staff was so friendly, helpful & more knowledgeable than normal for a vet practice, in my opinion. A note, the instructions on my bottle of medicine contradict that on the paper work (will be calling to ask for clarification). I’m going to bring my rabbit to Dr. Sevay for all her future vet care: annual exams, vaccines, etc. Thank you!!

Because of the current condition, I was not able to come into the office. However, I received a call from a technician keeping me up to date on what was happening and the vet called during the checkup to let me know everything that was going on. The vet went into great detail about everything I could possibly need to know. I especially loved that they were laughing at my bearded dragon’s silliness over the phone, which made me laugh too and took away some of the nerves I was feeling. Then, as the technician was bringing my baby out, she said my dragon was “such a lovely lady”. This made me absolutely beam with happiness. Because of this overall exceptional experience, I will definitely be returning in the future for any and all visits needed
